8 Program Overview Enrollment Grades Students eligible to take college courses through CCAP are: Juniors (Class of 2016) Seniors (Class of 2015)
9 Program Overview Minimum Number of Courses Enrolled Students must be enrolled in a minimum number of courses: Juniors minimum of eight (8) courses during both fall and spring semesters. Seniors minimum of six (6) courses during both fall and spring semesters.
10 Program Overview Number of Course Hours Permitted Students can enroll in: Up to three (3) courses per semester Totaling no more than nine (9) hours each semester (Fall and Spring) Exceptions More than three (3) courses or nine (9) hours Must have district/college approval Must reimburse school for all costs associated with course(s)

18 Next Steps Admission Enrollment Forms are required for both WTC and TSTC. Deadline for application: Friday, May 23, 2014 by 3:00 pm TSI Completion Deadline Friday, August 1 st, 2014 TSI Cost $10 per section (reading, writing, math)
19 Next Steps Deposits There will be a textbook deposit of $100/course. Fully refundable at end of academic semester (as long as textbooks are returned in satisfactory condition Deposit must be paid in full by the deadline for dropping courses for a full refund.

21 General Information Admission and Retention Must meet criteria for the institution s dual credit courses, Pass all regular and dual credit courses with a minimum of a "C" average, Meet the requirements for successful promotion to the next grade or graduation, and Remain in good standing with Roby CISD (excessive absences, discipline issues, etc. are all grounds for dismissal for CCAP)
22 General Information Grade Point Average Dual credit courses will have a grade weight of 1.2. Example A student has a 70 in a dual credit course. The college grade at the end of the semester would be a C, however for high school credit the average would be multiplied by 1.2 multiplier for an ending high school grade of 84.
