10 Key Land Use Goals Create attractive Corridors with a mix of uses Create Districts that serve as shopping, living, meeting, and gathering places Enhance economic development opportunities Improve the visual quality of the Eden Area The Eden Area will be an attractive and vibrant place, enhanced by the creation of lively districts where residents can live, shop, walk, eat, gather and play.
