2 Site Construction Supervisor New Orleans Association, South Central Conference, UCC Disaster Recovery [2 Positions Available] 1. Work with Minister for Disaster Recovery to identify work projects and define scope of work. 2. Provide on-site construction management to volunteer work groups, including safety protocols, training, and supervision 3. Work with designated site supervisors of volunteer work groups to facilitate progress on work sites and communicate project goals 4. Assist Minister for Disaster Recovery in assessing need for construction materials and procuring those materials 2. Strong general construction skills 3. Strong organizational skills 4. Self-starter and able to work independently while valuing teamwork 5. Ability to work well with skilled and unskilled volunteers 6. Ability to commit to a 6 month assignment (12 months desired)
