4 PDRpro Core system PDRpro provides the most comprehensive system available to record training and incidents maintaining the crucial evidence needed by Fire and Rescue Services. Some of the features include: Incident recording aligns with the new NOS Covers all roles with a consistent user interface (including control and non-operational specialist roles) Support multiple roles and multiple managers RDS and whole time Can take incidents from command and control systems via an API Frequency based training Frequency based incident recording against Subroles and NOS Comprehensive and customisable reporting package pdrpro

5 Operational Assurance Creating a problem identification Once a problem is identified such as a safety critical problem with BA, actions can be taken and followed through to completion. The problem identification notice (PIN) is the vehicle for having a dialogue with nominated individuals and capturing a transaction log of actions and outcomes. Operational Assurance

6 Personnel Management PDRpro has a management dashboard which gives an overall snapshot view of all directly managed personnel. As well as being able to drill down into a person s record, the system colour codes the status of critical information on frequencies for subroles and training. Some of the key features include: A snapshot view of your personnel managed A snapshot view of personnel you act as internal verifier for A frequency overview for Subroles and training Intelligent dashboard approach, actively highlighting outstanding tasks

7 Course Management The course management dramatically increases the efficiency of the whole course booking and management process. The system is designed in collaboration with fire services for the fire services. It is a no compromise solution for managing courses, nominations and course frequencies of participants. Key features and benefits include: Cost savings for all parts of the course management process Reduces non attendees Extensive exception reporting; Answers questions such as: is everyone up to date on their BA refresher and provides a report of everyone who isn t up to date Integrates with the PDRpro training system.

8 Drivers Log Extends the incident recording to log driver details and driving conditions. This module allows drivers to enter vehicle information when reflecting against an incident, such as: Type of drive (blue light) Light conditions Miles Conditions Vehicle Id Extensive reporting; eg: accrued hours for trainees

9 Development Programme The Development Programme module integrated with PDRpro covers all roles and includes foundation modules. The key features and benefits include: Extremely flexible configuration options Individuals can request assessment and managers can perform ad-hoc assessments. 13 Operational Assurance Information Capture Process The key is recording answers in a structured manner so that reports can highlight safety critical actions, causes for concern and areas of good practice. 14 API The PDRpro system and all of its modules are held on servers hosted by PDRpro and made available via the internet. The ability to exchange information between systems is provided by this API. A good example may be you need incident information from a control system where they may capture: Incident number Date Address Watch and appliance Commander Response manager This data can be imported into any part of the system, for example the OA aspect of the system if a response manager is deployed. Additional Extras Data Warehouse A data warehouse of your data can be made available that is updated daily (or more frequently if required). This data can be used to create complex non-standard reports with Crystal Reports via secure access from your location. Spellcheck There are many spellchecking systems available as a download on a browser. However we recognise that many services don t have access to these. PDRpro offers an in-built spell checking system option for services that need it. Data Resilience The data you capture needs to be resilient and available for many years. PDRpro have put in place many standard features and offer extra resilience for services that need it. 15 About PDRpro PDRpro is dedicated to building systems for Fire Services. With over 7 years experience and 25 UK fire and rescue services as customers, we are the market leader in online recording systems. With offices in Camberley and Edinburgh we cover the whole of the UK. Regular user group meetings and frequent customer visits allow us to share experiences and help plan the next evolution of systems. PDRpro started with the building of an IPDS recording system for the Scottish Fire Services. This was quickly adopted and rolled out through many services across the UK. With the advent of the new NOS in 2010 and the Operational Assurance requirements from the HSE, the systems are again evolving and in cooperation with a number of services, the systems are being radically changed to fit the new needs of fire services. Our approach as a company is to work closely with our customers and this is backed up with our commitment to user groups which has resulted in more than 90% of customers attending each one.
