Identification of threats The list of security threats and outcomes of the experts structured theme interviews related to security threats will be presented in the workshop. The experts will be asked to estimate and comment if these threats and scenarios are relevant at the Baltic Sea area. In addition the future measures of the project will be discussed in the workshop. The main purpose of the workshop is to discuss and analyze the information given by these interviews.

5 5 (5) Workshop 2. Scenarios for Traffic flows The workshop addresses future maritime traffic scenarios of oil and oil products in the Gulf of Finland for the years 2020 and In the workshop the experts are asked an evaluation or judgment concerning three alternative oil & oil products transportation scenarios. Together we discuss and estimate, are the scenarios plausible, which scenarios are most probable and which factors have an effect on the amount of transported oil in the Gulf of Finland. Workshop 3. Ship grounding model review The structure of ship grounding model will be shown to experts and conduct expert knowledge elicitation session on the model's structure. The model will be based on the accident reports in the Gulf of Finland, and will define the factors contributing to grounding accidents and their relations. In the workshop the experts are asked to critically review the model and inform weather should any other variables be included than these observed (recorded in the accidents reports).
