2 Sellihca-codes Introduction: In connection with the establishment of Sellihca, Nordic Utility Pre-qualification System, a comprehensive product/service-codes was developed aiming to comprise all products/services procured by the utilities in the Nordic Region. Every product/service registered in Sellihca must be linked to a Sellihca product/service-code. Structure: The Sellihca Product/service-code is divided into three main groups (1. Products, 2., and 3. Works). Each main group contains sub-groups (for instance 1.01), which again are divided into codes (level three), for instance By registration, all product/services must be linked to a code level three. Registration products/services: The registration of a product service is done in three steps: 1. Choosing a Sellihca-code The Sellihca electronic questionnaire offers search features allowing you to make searches in the Sellihca-codes. By using the search features the process of locating a suitable code for your product/service is greatly simplified. 2. Describing the product/service In addition to subordinating your products/services to a Sellihca-code, the system requires that you give a description of the product/services that you are registering. The products/services are to be described in an accurate manner in English, using ordinary well-known terms. An accurate description increases the chance of your records being looked up/examined by the transport utilities.
