1 Wells Fargo One Stop SM Reference Guide What is Wells Fargo One Stop? An account aggregation tool available to WFA brokerage clients via the authenticated Wells Fargo Advisors website. Features and Benefits: View Wells Fargo and non-wells Fargo accounts on one easy-to-use platform. Set Bill Reminders and Account Alerts to notify you of account activity. See all your accounts transactions on one screen. View and track your total Net Worth from all your accounts. And more. 1

3 Where is One Stop Located? To Access One Stop, clients select the One Stop link located below the Account Summary information on the authenticated Wells Fargo Advisors website. 3
4 User Agreement First-time One Stop users and existing users who access their One Stop service after the October 7 upgrade will be presented with a user agreement for review and approval. Whenever changes are made or new features are added to the service, the service agreement needs to be updated with those enhancements and presented to its users for acceptance. 4
5 Home Page Overview Top Menu: Navigation: Easily navigate between the Home page, Transactions, Investments, Apps and Settings. Brokerage Navigate back to Brokerage website. My Profile Select Customize to customize several aspects of One Stop. Log Out Log off of One Stop and brokerage website. Account Summary: View accounts or select accounts by type. Clicking on an individual account provides: Details on the account View or search transactions by account Edit account credentials/reconcile account/close account/delete account Trends view account activity graph Net Worth: Quick view of percentage change in Net Worth: Selectable date range. Selectable accounts to include. Bill Reminders: View important account reminders: Set up and edit bill reminders. Add or edit alerts. 5
6 How to Add an Account Step 1 From Home page: select + Add Account button. Add your accounts below. Authorized Wells Fargo & Company associates with whom you have an account relationship have the ability to view your aggregate account information based on your sharing preferences. You can manage your account sharing preferences under Settings. Step 2 Type in the name of the institution and select from the dropdown. The account can only be added to One Stop if that account is already signed up for online access at the other institution. 6
7 How to Add an Account (cont.) Step 3 Type in the username and password for that account. Step 4 Confirmation screen will appear after account has been added successfully. Clients can add more accounts or click on View Accounts to return to the Home screen. 7
8 How to Delete an Account Step 1 Click on the small arrow to expand the details of the account. Step 2 Select the Edit tab. Step 3 Select Delete Account. Step 4 Once selected, a confirmation screen will appear. Select the Delete Account button. 8
9 Viewing Transactions From the main navigation bar, click on Transactions. To view transactions for a specific account, click on the dropdown arrow to select an account. The default is All Accounts. Clients can search transactions by a specific category by clicking the dropdown arrow. Clients can also select a specific time frame by clicking the dropdown arrow. Other features available: 1. Add a manual transaction 2. Print transactions 3. Download transactions to an Excel file. 4. Search transaction 9
10 Investments - Overview Hovering the mouse over Investments presents the client with 3 options: 1. Net Worth Provides client with their Net Worth Statement, Net Worth Performance, Asset Allocation and Liabilities Allocation. 2. Real Estate Clients can view their Home Equity Chart by adding in the value of all their real estate holdings. 3. Portfolio Manager Clients can view their investment account holdings. 10
11 Investments Net Worth Net Worth Statement displays asset and liability values of all or selected accounts with totals. Asset Allocation List of all assets with pie chart. Summary of total net worth. Net Worth Performance Ability for clients to view their net worth performance over a specific time period. Liabilities Allocation List of all liabilities with pie chart. Summary of total net worth. 11
12 Investments Real Estate Real Estate Clients have the ability to track the equity of there real estate holdings. 12
13 Investments Real Estate (cont.) Home Equity Chart - First time clients who select this tab will be asked to add a Home Value Account. Clients will be required to add the information requested. Clients can have Zillow automatically calculate the home value or manually enter the value themselves. 13
14 Investments Real Estate (cont.) After adding the Home Value Account, clients have the ability to link the Home Value Account to a corresponding mortgage. Confirmation screen is presented. 14
15 Investments Portfolio Manger Clients can view there portfolio holdings across all accounts or select a specific investment account*. Preferences Clients can add/change cost basis. Edit Views Client can add/delete columns. *Investment account balances within the Portfolio module only are calculated using quote data delayed up to 20 minutes and is provided by ddfplus, Inc. You may notice differences between these values and the values reported in other areas of this service as other areas of the service use data retrieved from various institutions instead of the near-time ddfplus, Inc. data. 15

17 Settings Categories, Account Groups and Alerts Categories - Clients can edit transaction categories by renaming them or adding sub-categories. Account Groups Clients can set up and edit account groupings to be used by filters throughout the site. Alerts - Clients can add/delete/modify account alerts. 17
18 Settings Account Sharing Account Sharing Clients have the ability to authorize Wells Fargo & Company associates with whom they have a relationship to view their aggregate account information based on the clients sharing preferences. (Wells Fargo & Company accounts will not be listed on this page, as they are internally available to those authorized associates). Clients can opt to share all of their accounts or none of their accounts by clicking Yes or No. Clients can opt out of sharing specified accounts. To only share specific accounts, clients must: 1. Select Yes to Share all your aggregate account information. 2. Then select No to the accounts they wish to opt out from sharing. 18
19 My Profile Customizable User Experience My Profile Located at the top right of each page there is a My Profile link. Selecting the arrow and then Customize from this link allows the client to customize their experience in One Stop. Of special note is the link to the Edit Application Preferences page. This page allows the client to select a different landing page when accessing One Stop. 19
20 How to Cancel One Stop Select the My Profile link and then Customize Select Cancel Wells Fargo One Stop Account. Clients will be presented with a confirmation page. Click Confirm. If the One Stop account is canceled and clients want to create another One Stop account, they will have to go through the entire set up process again. 20
