The session will also cover insights into budgeting, ROI decision processes, and capital allocation exercises. The emphasis will be on understanding the conceptual nature of these subjects and how they can be utilized to inform enterprise decision-making and strategic development. Rod was a founding partner at Azalea Capital, an investment banking operation, a CFO at Engineered Textile Holdings, an investment vehicle within textile industry, managing member at DG Capital, an investment firm that focused on turnaround opportunities, and chairman of the EnVeritas Group, a content marketing company. Rod has also been involved with several non-profits, including Christ Church Episcopal School, Greenville Symphony Orchestra, Carolina Ballet, and the Upstate History Museum.
