37 Conclusions An extensive aerosol lidar network is being built There are two new lidar sites since the beginning of 2012 at Bariloche and Comodoro Rivadavia Three new sites and the reinforcement of the actual stations with new instruments are expected for 2013 Aerosol observations using lidar instruments and nephelometry is being reported by the National Meteorological Weather Service since March
