He has an extensive track record in Gas del Estado, Argentina. He has also performed as consultant for YPF in Buenos Aires, Petrolera Andina S.A. and Petrobras Bolivia S.A. He taught in-house courses for companies in Argentina such as Metrogas, YPF, Gasnor, Camuzzi, TGN; and in Bolivia: Chaco, YPFB, Petrobras Bolivia, INEGAS. Chaired the subject of Natural Gas Measurement, Natural Gas for Vehicles, Combustion, and Auxiliary Services in the postgraduate programs of the Engineering Faculty (Universidad de Buenos Aires). Roberto Quinteros Oil and Refining Specialist Decree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Nacional del Litoral. He has worked as private-sector advisor in the operation and management of refineries. He worked for Refinery of La Plata, Campo Durán Refinery, Fertinoa SA (Fertilizers of the (Argentine) North-West, formed by YPF and the Province of Salta), Refinor SA, and Empresa Boliviana de Refinación (Santa Cruz de la Sierra and Cochabamba, Bolivia). He has ample experience in (THE) start-up of new production units, consulting services, and in-house training. Darío Arias Specialized in Energy and Natural Resources Law Lawyer, Universidad Católica de Salta, Argentina. Master (LL.M.) in Business Law, Universidad Austral.
