3 Introducing Vision Welcome to our new Vision College Online platform specifically designed for our partner colleges Vision is our bespoke MIS system which tracks learner progress from enrolment through to certification. By using Vision, we can track unit submissions, send automated prompts and identify at risk learners. Vision has three key areas to help you monitor your provision in partnership with Learning Curve Group. Vision College Online (VCO) This is a user-friendly platform that gives Colleges the ability to see the status and details of their learners and receive extensive reporting data in in real time in just four easy clicks. Access is via a password protected log-in located in a secure area of our website. Vision Tutor Online (VTO) This feature allows tutors to record all contact they have with their learners (e.g. initial contact, assessment chases and ongoing support) as well as any assessment feedback. Every piece of information that is entered into VTO is delivered instantly to Vision and subsequently to VCO once it has been verified so you can view learner progress in real-time. V-Scan We have also introduced V-Scan, our new scanning software which is used to store all learner paperwork electronically into their V-File. When a learner completes their programme we will send you a copy of the learners certificate, together with a summary of activity downloaded from Vision.

Access VCO through our website 2. Click on the Vision Login tab. 3. Enter your secure username and password. 4. Select the information you require from the menu

6 Using Vision College Online to manage your provision You can view the status of learners at each stage of their journey from enrolment through to certification. For example you can monitor: Enrolment numbers Learners inducted Progress on programme At risk learners Withdrawals Achievers Retention rate Success rate

7 Detailed analysis of learner progress and key performance indicators You can use VCO to monitor individual learners or whole groups of learners and see the following: Work outstanding Units passed or resubmitted Employer details Status on programme Inductor details Tutor details Funding generated Learner reference Course details Number of assessments submitted Planned submission dates By using VCO to manage your project with Learning Curve Group you will be able to view all of the information you require in real time such as: The number of learner agreements sent to you The number of completion and withdrawal forms sent to you Retention and success rates Funding reports You can download all your selected data into the format of your choice.
