Condenser water is supplied to these self contained units via a nominal 420 ton condenser water plant consisting of variable volume condenser water pumping plant and ground mounted, dual cell cooling tower. Outside air is supplied to each floor via variable volume outside air system. DDC electronic control system has been provided to monitor and control all building and tenant HVAC systems. > Fire Suppression: The building is fully sprinklered > Telecom Service: Provided by AT&T > Ceiling Tile: Armstrong Ultima Beveled Tegular > Ceiling Grid: Armstrong 15/16 exposed Tee System > Doors/Hardware: Full height (8-8 ) solid core, stain grade cherry veneer doors in welded hollow metal frames with satin nickel butt hinges, and brushed stainless steel lever hardware. > Roof System: Roof shall be a TPO Membrane Roof System with an R value of 25.
