LOGIN Your Online Banking ID and Password are your keys to Online Banking. It takes both identification keys to gain access. No one representing Community Bank will ask for your Password. You should never give your Password to anyone who asks for it in an. , by phone, or anyone else who you do not want to have access to your account. CHALLENGE QUESTIONS In order to make your Online Banking experience as secure as possible, we utilize a security feature that detects any uncharacteristic or unusual behavior during your login. If anything out of the ordinary is detected, we will verify your identity by challenging you with questions that only you know the answer to. Answer and verify the challenge questions and continue banking with an even higher level of security! LOGOUT For your security, you should always log out at the end of each Online Banking session. If you forget, Online Banking will log out when you close the browser window or after a period of inactivity. WATERMARK IMAGE In addition to password security, additional steps to authenticate your identity have been installed on our system called Watermark. Part of this identification process includes recognizing the computer you usually use to access Online Banking. This information, along with your normal login credentials, is incorporated into your online identity profile. With these extra measures in place, rest assured your account information is secure. 4 Multifactor Authentication The first time you log in to Online Banking, the service will automatically start the Multifactor Authentication (MFA) setup process. You will select an image, which will appear each time you log in to Online Banking. The image signals that you are entering our secure website. If the image shown is different than the one you chose, or does not appear, do not enter your password and notify Community Bank immediately.. Select an image from the gallery to serve as your Personal Identification Image. You can scroll through the images by clicking Previous or Next.. Once you have chosen an image, click Submit to save the image as your Personal Identification Image Review the instructions about the challenge questions, then click Continue. 4. Choose one Challenge Question from each of the drop-down menus, then enter the answer in the fields provided. 5. Once you have entered all three answers, click Submit to continue. 5 Online Banking Overview With Online Banking, you have online access to your account information 4 hours a day, 7 days a week. Now you can do everything you need to from home, work or anywhere you have Internet access. Online Banking provides a private, secure and easy way to control your finances...view updated balances and transactions for your. accounts, including account history...transfer funds between accounts...view images of cleared checks and deposit sets...download your account information directly into. Personal Finance Software, spreadsheets or text files...view bank statements online...pay bills quickly and easily anytime. Add Stop Payments. Make Loan Payments. COMMUNITY BANK 3

6 Getting Started and Logging In Logging in to Online Banking is as easy as one, two, three. Just open your web browser and go to CommunityBank.net. 3. Open your web browser and go to CommunityBank.net.. Click the Online Banking image to begin. 3. Enter your Online Banking ID and Password, then click Login. You will be asked to verify your Watermark image on the next screen before accessing your account. 4. On your first Online Banking login, you will be required to reset your password. 4 Note: As a security measure, if someone attempting to gain access to your account uses an incorrect/invalid password three times in a row, your Online Banking account will become locked, denying access to the account. 7 Account Access This screen appears when you successfully log in to Online Banking. The main page will list the balances for each account. 3. Click on an account name to view your account transactions.. With the Activity drop-down menu you can initiate a transfer, download your account information, view a recent bank statement or view account information. 3. Click here to access Bill Pay the easy way to pay your bills online. COMMUNITY BANK 5

8 Transactions When you click on the account name from the main page, you will be shown all transactions on your account since your last statement. This screen displays the date transactions posted to your account, the check number and a description of the transactions. The amount of each transaction is shown, as well as a calculated running balance and available funds To view a copy of a check or deposit, click the View Image link.. Your current balance and available funds are shown here. 3. View a different account by selecting from the drop-down menu. 4. Search for a specific transaction by clicking here. 5. 9 Stop Payments You can make a Stop Payment request online. Select Stop Payments from the Activity drop-down menu from the main page or click on Stop Payments. Please be aware that your account will be automatically debited a Stop Payment Processing fee Select Stop Payments from the main menu.. Please read this information before proceeding. 3. Enter the check details into the fields provided. 4. Be sure to re-enter your account number in the Remarks field. 5. Review the information carefully, then click Submit to process your Stop Payment request. Note: Once the Submit button is clicked, the Stop Payment is effective. Electronic items require additional paperwork. COMMUNITY BANK 7

10 Transfers It s easy to transfer money from one account to another. From the main page, select Transfers in the Activity drop-down menu or click on Transfers, and simply follow these quick and easy steps to set up your one-time transfer or recurring transfer Choose the Transfers option from the main menu.. Choose the from and to accounts from the drop-down menus. 3. Enter a Transfer amount. 4. To create a recurring transfer, select a Frequency from the drop-down menu. 5. Enter the Transfer Date in the field provided, or use the calendar feature by clicking on the calendar icon. 6. Use the Transfer memo field to enter a description, then click Submit to process the transfer. A confirmation number will appear on the next screen. 11 Download Download your account information to your computer to easily organize and track your finances. You can export your account information into a variety of different file formats. To use this feature, simply select Download from the Activity drop-down menu on the main page or click Download from the submenu. 3. Select the account and the period to download from the drop-down menus.. Select the format compatible with your software. 3. Click Submit and follow the instructions on the next screen. 12 Quicken Download. Click on the drop-down menu next to the account to be downloaded into Quicken and choose Download.. Select the account, download range and download format, then click Submit. 13 Statements With Online Banking, you can view, save or print your previous bank statements for up to 90 days. Click on the Statements option in the Activity drop-down menu from the main page or click Statements from the main menu Choose the Statements feature from the main menu.. Statements are arranged in order of date, starting with the most recent month. 3. Choose an option to view statements from the drop-down menu. The statement will open in a new window. 4. View a statement from a different account by selecting from the drop-down menu. Note: To view in PDF format, you must have Adobe Reader, which is available for free through Adobe at COMMUNITY BANK

14 E-Statements You can save time and help the environment by signing up for E-Statements. This feature allows you to receive your statements from Community Bank via and Online Banking. To enroll, follow these steps. 3. Choose the E-Statements feature from the main menu.. Verify the accounts and address shown, then enter a security phrase in the field provided. 3. Once you have reviewed the agreement, check the I agree box, then click Enroll Now. 15 Bill Pay Overview Bill Pay offers you convenience and time savings! Pay your bills online to anyone*, anywhere* as soon as you are set up. Set up recurring payments just once we ll pay them until you tell us to stop. You choose the date you want your payments to be made. Edit or delete scheduled payments any time before a payment is processed. Payment history is automatically collected for your records.. Before using Bill Pay, you must set up an account to pay your bills. Click on Bill Pay to start.. Choose the account to set up from the drop-down menu. 3. Once you have reviewed the Terms & Conditions, check I Agree. Next, choose the check number option for checks from the drop-down menu and click Submit to continue Select the upcoming payments you want to use and click Edit Selected to modify a pending transaction. 4 Note: Bill Payment can not be used to pay governmental fees (such as taxes) or court-directed obligations (such as alimony or child support). Bill Pay can be used from anywhere, but payees must be within the United States and its territories. Payments are processed at a.m. and p.m. (noon) on each business day. For an ELECTRONIC PAYMENT, allow 3 business days from the day the payment is submitted. Electronic payments will not be made unless the funds are available. For a CHECK PAYMENT, the check will be in the mail on the same day if it is submitted before the p.m. processing time. Allow 5 to 7 business days for a check payment. Please note that we have no control over the U.S. Postal Service. COMMUNITY BANK 3

16 Set Up Payees Before you can make your first payment, you need to set up a payee. Click Add Payees under the Bill Payment menu and enter in the payee information.. For a business payee, enter the payee s name, account number, address and ZIP Code, then click Search. Choose a payee from the results on the next page.. For an individual payee, enter the payee s information in the fields provided. Be sure to include a telephone number, then click Submit. Note: If electronic payments are available for the payee, the payment will automatically be electronic. 17 Edit or Delete Payees Conveniently edit your payee s account details or delete payees you no longer use. When editing a payee, you can update various elements of your payment information including the payee alias or account number. 3. Edit or delete a payee by selecting the appropriate item from the drop-down menu.. Edit the payee s information in the fields provided. 3. Click Submit and the payee s information will be updated. 18 Quick Payments Pay all your bills in one step with Quick Payments. This feature will give you a quick and easy way to pay multiple payees from one screen. Click on Pay Bills from the Bill Payment menu Note: Online banking will time out if the screen does not change. 19 Set Up New or Recurring Payments Use this feature to make a payment to a payee just like writing a check! Input the payment details, click the Submit button, and the payment is now scheduled to the payee. It s that simple. Click New or Recurring Payment from the Bill Pay menu Select the account from the drop-down menu.. Choose the Payee from the drop-down menu. 3. Enter the payment Amount and select the Payment Date. 4. To set up recurring payments, select a payment Frequency. 5. Enter an optional description, then click Submit. COMMUNITY BANK 7

20 Edit or Delete Payments With Bill Pay, you have control over how and when your payments are made. If you need to change or delete a payment, you can do so before it is processed. Click on Bill Pay to view a list of pending payments Note: After processed, check payments can be stopped via Stop Payments. 21 Payment History Payment History gives you detailed information about a payment that has been processed. If you need to know if a specific bill was processed, the Payment History feature will be able to display its current status. Click on History from the Pending Payments submenu to begin.. Enter the Payment History search criteria in the fields provided, then choose the Sort By options from the drop-down menus.. Click Submit to process your search request. The last 30 days of history appears first. Note: To view payments that have cleared your account, go to the Account Listing page and click on the account name. COMMUNITY BANK 9

22 User Options Use the Options feature to change your Online Banking ID or Password or update your Address. Account Options allow you to modify how your accounts will display when using Online Banking. Display Options also allow you to control the default history and confirmation information presented when you log in to Online Banking.. Use the Personal Settings feature to change your Online Banking ID or Password or update your Address.. Account Options allow you to modify how your accounts will display when using Online Banking with the Pseudo Names feature. Note: In order to change your password online, your password reset question must be set up in the Options tab. Even if you change your Online ID to an alias, your Online ID number will always work. 23 Alerts/Notifications Make organizing your finances easy by using the online Alerts feature to monitor the activity of your accounts and notify you when they need attention. Set up balance, event or personal alerts Choose Alerts from the Options menu.. Choose the appropriate Alert option to set up. 3. To set up a Balance Alert, choose Balance from the submenu. 4. Choose the method of delivery by checking or Login, then select the account from the drop-down menu. 5. To set the threshold for notification, choose Above or Below, then enter the Amount in the field provided. 6. Click Submit to process the Alert notification. COMMUNITY BANK

24 Other Services Save yourself a trip to the bank and reorder your checks online. Select Order Checks from the Online Banking menu.. Choose the account for which you wish to order checks in the drop-down menu, and click Submit.. You will be redirected to a secure website where you can reorder checks, labels and accessories. 25 CellTeller To sign up for CellTeller, please take the following steps: Click on the Options tab: Click on the CellTeller Settings link: 3 4. Check the box to Activate mobile banking access.. Check the box next to each account to be viewed in mobile banking. 3. Enter in your cell phone number and cell phone provider. (The number provided will receive a text message related to mobile banking activity.) 4. Click I Agree to agree to the Terms and Conditions. COMMUNITY BANK 3

26 Message Center We want to make communicating with us at Community Bank quick and easy. While online, you can send us a secure message by clicking Message Center Click Message Center to send a secure message.. Check your incoming messages from Community Bank by selecting Incoming Message from the Message Center submenu. 3. To send a message directly to the bank, choose New Message from the Message Center submenu. 4. Enter your contact information in the fields provided. You can indicate the Urgency of your message by choosing the corresponding option. 5. Once you have typed your message, click Submit to send your secure message to us. Note: The Internet Banking Message Center is an online resource you can use to ask how to questions about the web site. Please do not send a message that is time sensitive concerning your account.
