This information, along with your normal login details, is incorporated into your online identity profile. When you log in, you ll enter your Logon ID and Password. If you are using a computer that has been enrolled in OnGuard, then that s it! No other steps are needed. Because the encryption key sequence is so large, it is practically impossible to guess and protects your personal information as it travels across the Internet. When you login, you will be required to provide your User ID and Password along with unique grid values obtained from your Secure Access Card in order to gain account access. Each time you log in, you will be given grid coordinates to select the correct value to enter in three different areas. 12 Before you can make a payment online, you must first set up payees. A payee is any person or company that you pay, including your utility company, your credit card company, or even your babysitter anyone to whom you would normally send a check.» Select from the main menu. 12

Hints: You can use the Pay feature to make a future-dated or recurring payment in addition to the method just described. To edit a payee s information, click the payee name. The gold symbol represents an electronic merchant offering electronic bill presentment. An e symbol indicates you are currently receiving electronic bills from this payee. 13

14 We offer you the ability to make expedited payments for when regular payments will not be delivered quickly enough. Expedited payments are only available for certain payees and will be sent either electronically or via overnight check. Please note, fees will be charged for all expedited payments.» Select from the main menu, then select Expedited Payment from the left menu. 14

15 When you have a payee who will receive payments on a recurring basis, enter the payment details once and all following payments will be made automatically. Payments will continue until the final payment date or when the payment schedule is manually removed.» Select from the main menu. 15

19 Once you have added your phone and accepted the Terms and Conditions, an activation code will display within your session. If you have selected text banking, you will be sent a text message to which you will reply with the activation code. If you have selected Mobile Web or Mobile Application, you will be sent a text with a link to the mobile site. Here, you will be asked to log in using your User ID and Password, and enter the activation code. If your device is compatible with Mobile Application, you will be asked to download the application prior to logging in. Hint: You will need to use your mobile phone to complete the activation process within 24 hours. *Check with your mobile provider regarding message and data rates that may apply. 19
