Designed for maximum flexibility, the interior is spacious - has removable gland plates top and bottom, with gaskets fitted as standard. Sprecher + Schuh contactors type CA 6-70 rated to 00 amp AC can be easily accommodated. Chassis of up to 96 poles with main switch can be fitted. Neutral and earth bars are fitted as standard. Doors are dustproof and weatherproof with -Bar locks ( point locking mm and larger). 3 Panelboards, loadcentres and accessories CONCEP PREMIER premium panelboards options and accessories Main switches Main switches are available in two mounting configurations: Chassis mount a circuit breaker or switch of the appropriate size is fitted onto the chassis and serves as a main switch. his circuit breaker/switch is restricted to the maximum size which the chassis can accept. he circuit breaker/switch can be of the thermal magnetic type or be just a standard switch. op mount a circuit breaker or switch is mounted above the chassis in the centre of the enclosure. he size of the main switch is more flexible and can be of a larger size. NHP stock a large range of mounting brackets for most applications. CONCEP PREMIER panelboards can accept up to an amp main switch as a centre top mount. he table below indicates the switch allowable in each application. A 600 mm high accessory module (size H) matches the CONCEP PREMIER construction and is the same width and depth. his module may be bolted directly to the top or bottom of the CONCEP PREMIER enclosure for housing equipment such as: Sprecher + Schuh VR 85 terminals for large power cable terminations or fault current limiters. Contactors and main switches can be easily segregated from the circuit breaker compartment. Other accessories Where the premier panelboard is to be installed in an exposed environment, the weatherproof kit consisting of mounting brackets and rainhood can be fitted on-site. Flush mounting kits for the premier panelboard are also available. 6 CONCEP modular enclosure assemblies A strength of the CONCEP PREMIER panelboard enclosure system is, enclosures can be assembled into a large variety of different configurations which make possible unique panelboards that include distribution systems, as well as various control circuitry and devices. hese panelboards are built to customer specification. he "modularity" feature of the CONCEP PREMIER ranges, allows assemblies of various enclosures and accessory boxes that still maintain an overall square or rectangular appearance. Features Panelboards and accessory boxes can be added for extra length. Panelboards can be bolted together in parallel. Accessory boxes can be added for extra length. Suits Din-. Custom assemblies including control equipment such as relays, timers, contactors, larger isolators and pushbuttons can be added. Metalwork can be painted in a variety of colours. Stainless steel is an option.
