This primarily consists of MCBs, RCCBs, RCBOs, Isolators and a host of other modular devices. Based on System prom, ABB s S-series of Distribution Boards meet all the requirements of modern installation for domestic, commercial or industrial applications. Construction Blending aesthetics, functionality and safety, the S-series of ABB Distribution Boards are manufactured with high precision, extra thick and high quality CRCA steel sheets. These Distribution Boards undergo a seven-tank phosphating process to ensure anti-rust conditioning, superior finish and lasting strength. Premier quality powder coating is applied using the latest techniques. Colours In addition to meeting all the technical requirements, ABB s S-series of Distribution Boards come in two shades, Standard Ivory (RAL 9010) and Structural Grey (RAL 7035), allowing you an aesthetically pleasing choice. Installation S-series of ABB Distribution Boards are universal mounting type, which means that they can be either flush or wall mounted. These Distribution Boards are provided with removable top and bottom gland plates with adequate numbers of knockout, enabling easy installation and connection of conduits of all sizes for top and bottom entry of cables. Double door construction of Distribution Boards facilitates easy removal of door intermediate plate. A 15 0 correction is possible if the metal box is wrongly installed. Protection S-series Distribution Boards offer two types of protection-ip42 degree with a metal door and IP20 degree without a door. The highest degree of attention has been paid to the safety aspect of the Distribution Boards, considering that they are installed in close proximity to people. An intermediate plate ensures total safety, as no live parts are exposed when the door is opened. 2 ABB

3 The Range The S-series offers a wide range of ABB Distribution Boards based on incoming and outgoing configurations. These boards can have various types of incoming devices like Isolators, MCBs, RCCBs, RCBOs or MCCBs. As a standard, these boards come with 100A tinned electrolytic copper busbar (shorting links), neutral bar, earth bar and cable ties for cable management. SHC Single phase (SPN) Distribution Boards with provision for 2P incoming and up to 14SP outgoing. ACP ABS thermo-plastic Acrylic Consumer Panel (ACP) with provision for incoming 2 pole (MCB / Isolator / RCD) and single phase outgoing. Suitable for flush mounting. SHDB Three phase (TPN) Distribution Boards with provision for 8P at incoming and 12SP outgoing per phase SEN These are one-way enclosures with universal mounting suitable for SP, DP, TP and FP MCBs. SHPPI Horizontal per-phase Isolation Distribution Board with provision for 8 pole (MCB / Isolator / RCD) as incomer and provision for 2 pole (MCB / Isolator / RCD) sub-incomers with single phase outgoings. SVTDB This range of Distribution Boards can take MCBs (up to 125A) or Isolators (up to 125A) or MCCBs (up to 250A) as incomer. The outgoing can be TP or SP, as required. SPS Phase selector Distribution Boards with provision of mounting phase selector switches. S7SEG These are a special type of Distribution Boards with seven segregations, offering complete separation between incomer and outgoing. SVFL Total flexibility as per site needs configuration as per your choice of incomer & outgoings. Supply busbars need to be selected. SVDB This range comprises vertical Distribution Boards with 4 tier configuration with 8 pole incomer at the bottom and SP outgoing per phase. These Distribution Boards offer per phase isolation by virtue of a separate neutral link provided for each phase. SGK This range offers a wide variety of plug sockets up to 63A, which can be used for single phase or three phase along with MCB or RCBO. ABB 3
