3 Individual Competition: Age groups: Gymnasts will be divided into equal age groups by birth date and level. Awards: 100% on all events. All American Award- Given to the highest All Around Score per level/session Club Team Competition: Club team awards will be awarded by using the top three scores on each event per level regardless of age. You must enter the club team competition for each level to be eligible for club team awards. District Regional Team Awards: Special recognition and award will be given to any athlete that contributed to the District Regional Team for each level. The top three District Teams per level will be recognized. These awards will be determined by using the top three scores on each event by district regardless of age. In cases where there are a large number of athletes for any given level, district awards may be divided into two age groups. Athlete Gifts All AAU Athletes will receive a commomorative Regional Participation Patch + MEGA Meet draw string bag. Coaches Hospitality We will have an awesome coaches hospitality in our penthouse suite. This event is licensed by the Amateur Athletic Union of the U. S., Inc.All participants must have a current AAU membership. AAU membership may not be included as part of the entry fee to the event. AAU membership must be obtained before the competition begins except where the event operator has a laptop available with an internet connection. Participants are encouraged to visit the AAU website to obtain their membership.

4 Hotel Las Vegas Westgate Resort & Casino Room Rates $93.00 per Night + $15.00 Resort Fee Hotel link for resrvations: The Event will be held in the Las Vegas Westgate Resort & Casino Convention Center, so you can take an elevator from your room and walk to the event. This is the same facility that 2015 AAU Gymnastics Age Group Nationals & 2016 MEGA Meet were held. This year we will move into the Paradise Event Center which will give us more space. Adventuredome at Circus Circus Description The five-and-a-half-acre Adventuredome is America s largest indoor theme park and features thrill rides, traditional carnival rides, laser tag, miniature golf, bumper cars, midway booths, an arcade, clown shows and so much more. The natural lighting, high ceilings and canyon fixtures throughout the property gives you the feel of the outdoors, so you don t feel claustrophobic in the least bit. Adventuredome offers enough thrill rides to keep you busy all afternoon. The Sling Shot shoots up like a rocket launch at a shocking 4 G force, while the Canyon Blaster takes you on a dashing 55-mile-per-hour roller coaster ride complete with a double-loop and double-corkscrew track. The High Roller: The World s Tallest Observation Wheel Shining bright on the Las Vegas Strip, the 550-foot-tall High Roller is a true standout at The LINQ s outdoor shopping, dining and entertainment promenade. It s hard to picture what a cabin looks like, since it can hold up to 40 people in one. There are benches on either side of the cabin, with plenty of floor space in between. But we imagine you ll want to stand against the window and admire the view. Blue Man Group Blue Man Group s show at Monte Carlo is an energetic and innovative combination of music, comedy, and multimedia theatrics. 5 Cirque Du Soleil & Le Reve Cirque Du Soleil has six shows in Las Vegas. These shows are awesome and gymnastic oriented with great music. There is also Le Rêve The Dream at the Wynn Hotel. Le Reve is owned by the Wynn but it was choreographed by Cirque Du Soleil choreographers. All the links in this pdf are live and will bring you to the appropriate web site.
