2 ENTRY DEADLINES: All mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 13, 2013 and received by Sponsor by December 18, All text entries must be received by Sponsor by 11:59:59 p.m. PST on December 13, All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned, and Sponsor has no obligation to acknowledge receipt of any entry. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, stolen, mutilated, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, tampered with, irregular, mechanically reproduced, inaccurate, misdirected or postage-due entries, or entries that do not otherwise comply with these Official Rules, all of which will be disqualified. WINNER SELECTION: There will be one (1) Prize Winner determined by a random, digital selection from all eligible entries received to be held on or about December 20, 2013 by representatives of Sponsor. In the event the potential winners are not reachable, do not qualify, does not fully respond to all of Sponsor s requests, or are not willing to accept the prize, there will be an alternate winner drawing from among eligible entries. All decisions of Sponsor are final and binding. Odds of winning the prize depend upon the total number of eligible entries received and are equal regardless of method of entry. PRIZE: One (1) winner will receive a prize, which consists of the following three (3) elements (collectively, the Prize ). (i) One Bedroom Penthouse Suite for two (2) at The Mirage Hotel and Casino for (2) consecutive nights/ three (3) days with VIP Check-in (approximate retail value is $1200 ( ARV ), (ii) $200 dining credit to use in any of the restaurants located within The Mirage Hotel and Casino (ARV: $200), gratuity not included, (iii) two (2) tickets to The Beatles LOVE by Cirque du Soleil (ARV: $210). The total approximate retail value of the prize is $1,610 (actual value based on travel dates selected.) Prize excludes airfare/transportation to/from Las Vegas, Nevada. NOTIFICATION OF WINNER: The potential prize winner will be notified via text to the telephone number used during entry. If the potential prize winner cannot be reached within three (3) business days (i.e. Monday thru Friday excluding any United States or State of Nevada holidays), (or does not respond to notification), another eligible entry will be drawn and another potential prize winner will be notified. Subsequent eligible entries will be drawn as provided for above until

Each winner must submit valid state issued driver's license or other identification as evidence of identity. All federal, state, and local taxes are the prizewinner's sole responsibility. AFFIDAVIT OF ELIGIBILITY, LIABILITY RELEASE AND PUBLICITY RELEASE: The potential prize winner will be required to complete, execute and send back to The Mirage, Hotel and Casino Marketing Department (as directed), an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, an IRS W-9 form and (except where prohibited) a publicity release within seven (7) days of issuance or an alternate winner may be selected. In addition, the prize winner s guest will be required to be twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of winner notification and will be required to execute and return a release of liability form within this same time period. Upon receiving and approving the required documents, the prize certificate (and/or other additional prize information) will then be sent to the winner. Failure to comply with these rules will cause the prize to be forfeited. Releasees shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by the hotel(s), or transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services and accommodations to passengers including any results thereof such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same. Releasees shall not be liable for any loss or damage to baggage. Releasees not responsible for: (i) any incorrect or inaccurate information whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or

4 software; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process of the Sweepstakes; (iv) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (v) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen entries or notices; or (vi) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
