2 How to Collect Your Badge Each pre-registered and confirmed participant will receive a QR code (see left) by on Monday 8th October. All you need to do is proceed to the 'Fast Line' Pre-registration Desk with a printed copy of the QR code and your business card. To avoid queues, we strongly suggest that you collect your badge on Sunday 14th October. If you have not received your QR code, please contact Marine (Exhibitors) or Amy (Visitors) Please be aware that you will still be able to collect your badge without your QR code, you will need to do so at the Registration Desk in the Main Hall of the Grimaldi Forum. NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES Networking Tool To increase networking opportunities, the SPORTEL Networking Tool helps you to connect with registered participants one month prior to the event. It enables you to: SEARCH for participants by company name, type of activity, etc. VIEW PROFILES of participants and companies attending SPORTEL COMMUNICATE with participants easily and efficiently ARRANGE MEETINGS prior to arrival Login details are sent directly by to each participant whose registration is confirmed and fees are fully paid, approximately 1 business day after registration. Please Note: Do not use your SPORTELAccount user ID and password Ravel Lounge, Networking Café & Café Llorca The Ravel Lounge (Ground floor), the Networking Café (Level -1) and Café Llorca (Level 1) are designed for participants to meet, network and discuss business throughout the 4 days of the market. They include meeting tables with chairs, a cash bar and free WIFI service. Free Coffee Breaks and Finger Food in the Networking Café The Networking Café will be host to free coffee breaks and free finger food offered by SPORTEL for all participants throughout the market (please refer to the Program for times). After-Panel Mixer After the two SVG Panels on Tuesday, there will be an after panel mixer at the Bar (Level -2).
3 Golden Podium Awards Ceremony & official SPORTEL Party All SPORTELMonaco participants are invited to the Georges Bertellotti Golden Podium Awards Ceremony held on Tuesday 16 October, at 7.00pm (Salle Prince Pierre, Grimaldi Forum). An invitation will be provided with your accreditation badge. The ceremony will be followed by a buffet dinner at the Café Llorca (Level+1, Grimaldi Forum). Golden Foot Gala Dinner This year, SPORTEL has partnered with the Golden Foot, which awards the publicly voted Footballer of the Year with a golden foot imprint on the Champions Promenade in Monaco. The gala dinner held on Wednesday 17 th October at the Salle des Etoiles at the Sporting in Monaco will be attended by many international personalities. Reserve your table here! THE VENUE & MARKET FACILITIES The Grimaldi Forum has been the venue for SPORTELMonaco since 2000, which welcomes our valued participants and exhibitors every year. This high-tech congress center located at the edge of the Mediterranean Sea is acknowledged as a key meeting location for international business. The Grimaldi Forum is located at 10 avenue Princess Grace, Monaco and is easily accessible on foot or by bus. Wifi Free Wifi is available in the Exhibition venue from Sunday 14 October to Thursday 18 October. Please note, no login or password is required and it is not suitable to access VPN. Please note the WIFI is in place for checking s only. Internet Station & Networking Tool Pods These are located in the Espace Ravel near the B stands. Business Center Located in the Grimaldi Forum main hall, level 0, available for photocopies, printing, USB key upload/download and fax transmissions. Services are subject to small charges. VAT refund In accordance with the European Tax Legislation, Monaco Mediax/SPORTEL must invoice its services with the 19.6% Value Added Tax (VAT). Foreign companies (EU or non-eu) are entitled to a refund of the paid VAT. TEVEA INTERNATIONAL is the only Tax representative recommended by Monaco Mediax/SPORTEL.
