1 2015 Rental and Event Design LUXURY RENTAL FURNITURE AND BOUTIQUE EVENT DESIGN Eventos Artesanos is a luxury wedding rental and event design company born out of the belief that destination weddings are enhanced when they incorporate items and products made in country by local artisans. With a surplus of beautiful hardwoods found throughout Costa Rica, our goal is to fuse the rusticity of natural wood with polished and modern furniture design. In addition to providing wedding furnishings & event lighting, Eventos Artesanos also provides artistic and original floral creations throughout Costa Rica.

2 TEAK WEDDING COLLECTION By building our collection using only the finest Costa Rican teak with items made by local artisans, Eventos Artesanos has established a unique hardwood product line built specifically with weddings and events in mind. The items in our teak collection feature a modern minimalistic design that is perfect for social conscious couples who are looking to incorporate Costa Rican fine craft throughout their big day. TEAK COCKTAIL TABLES These handmade cocktail tables highlight the beautiful grain of teak wood by showcasing the side profile as well as the cross section profile of the wood grain. the sturdy metal base and glass top add a modern element to the look TEAK BENCHES Benches tend to work better than chairs for weddings that take place in the sand as their wider base provides a very stable platform. These stylish and modern benches make for great ceremony seating in any setting. TEAK FLORAL BOXES Our teak floral boxes come in two sizes, rectangular and cubes. They add a beautiful, rustic element to any tablescape. The boxes are watertight and are designed to fit oasis foam for artistic floral centerpieces TEAK DINING TABLES The teak dining tables are designed to accommodate 6 guests when set up individually, or fit perfectly together to make dramatic long head tables. We recommend pairing the table with a muted toned table runner.

3 BEACH CHIC COLLECTION For those looking for a fun and fresh look for this wedding season, we introduce our Beach Chic wedding collection. With this collection, it is all about texture, washed out colors and rustic accents. Our rental offerings include our Washed Up Beach Bar, Teak Cocktail Tables, Guanacaste Wooden Tables, X Back Bistro Chairs, our Marquee Love Sign and endless inspired floral options. GUANACASTE WOODEN TABLES Built from the national tree of Costa Rica. This hard wood tables feature a feathered natural edge while maintaining a modern look with the custom built metal bases. These tables were built oversized to better accommodate floral and table decor. X BACK BISTRO CHAIR Our rustic yet elegant x backed bistro chairs are a great fit for any reception or ceremony. The chairs are constructed using solid oak and are built with quality hardware and attention to detail. TINAJA FLORAL URNS There are many ways to define your ceremony altar, but our two hand made tinajas provide a beautiful, local made vessel for an abundant floral arrangement. MARQUEE LOVE SIGN This custom built Marquee Sign is the perfect vintage inspired details for any wedding. The sign is lit with our soft 5 watt cafe bulbs and the sign face is a light mint green. It is the perfect glowing accent to any event.

4 EARTHBOUND CHILD As the name implies, this collection is for the bohemian flower child in all of us. With an intentional dressed down vibe, Earthbound Child keeps the focus on the surroundings. Collection items include wild flower inspired floral designs, floral crowns, low teak dining tables with pillow seating, our beach lounge set and our handmade teepee. FLORAL CROWN This 60 s inspired flower child design is based on inspiration and are always custom designed based on bloom choice and facial features. BEACH LOUNGE SET Our beach lounge collection provides your guests with a casual, yet comfy area to hand out throughout the reception. This goes with our philosophy that creating various spaces in the reception adds to the overall enjoyment of the night for your guests. HANDMADE TEEPEE Our custom built Teepee features a cream heavy duty outer fabric and creates a fun space and amazing backdrop for wedding portraits. It also makes a comfy getaway and an amazing conversation starter. WILDFLOWER FLORAL DESIGN Luscious and loose blooms define this style. Wildflower floral designs do not require the use of sunflowers. In fact, garden abundant look is best achieved with minimal varieties of flowers and muted colors.

5 EVENT LIGHTING AND DRAPING After the sun sets on the warm waters of the Pacific Ocean, soft accent lighting will now define the space and will help to create a fun and festive mood for the wedding couple and their guests. By using a combination of fine fabric draping and exotic color light accents, any space can be completely transformed into a setting fit for celebration. We offer a full range of lighting to completely outfit any event. From romantic chandelier candle lighting to low heat accent color LED Flood lights, our goal is to be a lighting and event design solution for those looking to create a wedding reception with impact. INDOOR/OUTDOOR CAFE STRING LIGHTS Each white cable strand is 50 ft in length and includes 50 warm 5 watt bulbs. GLOBE STRING LIGHTS Professional grade lights with 10 white lanterns per 35 foot strand. Decorate with accent colored tassel. HANGING CANDELABRA Perfect soft light accent that allows for dramatic vertical floral and decorative accents. Rental price includes 10 quality candles. LED PAR CAN LIGHTS These low heat, high power programable lights work great as a wash accent color or can be used as multi colored dance floor lighting. CRACKLE GLASS VOTIVES Each votive comes with a premium candle and teardrop hanger. CLEAR BOTTLES WITH CANDLES These clear bottles are the perfect vessel for those looking to make a dramatic lighting statement. HURRICANE PILLARS CANDLES Our long lasting candles insure that the soft light emanates throughout the space for the entire event. DISTRESSED WHITE LANTERN Theses white lanterns work perfectly for accenting the aisle decor of a beach ceremony. They are also great for table decor or for hanging in a tree for sunset cocktails.

With 20 years of combined experience in wedding design under our belt, you can rest assured that our team can execute a full range of design challenges. It is our goal to not only embody the event design concept, but also to incorporate local flora and fauna throughout the event space. By doing this, we help to insure that the freshest available product for our designs and the product can withstand the rigors of the intense tropical environment found throughout Costa Rica. We understand that since the majority of guests spend a large portion of the reception at the dining table, this is a very important area to focus our design effort. By fully integrating our rentals and design elements, we create a seamless and natural design flow to fit your individual style.
