5 KIDS CLUB Full-Day Programmes KIDS EXPERIENCE Half day at the lake plus half day at the beach. All lake activities included - SUP, Kayak, Pedal Boats, beach games, themed days*, water park WiBit (new). Two staff members; responsible for organising theme days (Pirate Day, Space Invasion, etc.). Half day at the beach: banana ride, ringos, beach volley, team games and challenges. Free sunloungers and beds for family. KIDS SURF EXPERIENCE Half day at the beach - kids/ teenagers/adults can take classes given by FPS-certified surf instructor. Free sun-loungers/beds for family. Other half day at the lake, as in the Kids Experience. LAGO WATER SPORTS ACTIVITIES BIOLOGIST FOR A DAY Half day spent cycling and walking around the Ria Formosa Nature Park. Participants get to feel like local biologists, checking local species, taking pictures of rare birds and animals, collecting samples and participating in Project Baseline. Other half day at the lake, as in the Kids Experience. KIDS CLUB Half-Day Programmes KIDS LAKE EXPERIENCE Half a day at the lake, as described in the first programme. BIOLOGIST FOR A DAY As described above, but without the lake half day. Artur s Water Sports Academy / CAMPS SURF CAMP Runs 3 or 5 days. 3 hours spent at the beach with a certified surf instructor (time depending on low tide), including surf warm-up, surf/ bodyboard class, and stretching and cooling down. SAILING AND WINDSURF CAMP Sailing and Windsurf camp have the same layout. Lasts 3 or 5 days. Camps held in the mornings, for 3 hours, from 10am to 1pm. Camps include one hour of activities at the lake, one hour lesson, and workshop activities, such as knot workshops, for example. *classes are not included BURNING HOT Exercise classes - Beach Boot camps, Insanity, LTB, Zumba, Pump, Box circuits. COOL BREEZE Exercise classes - Pilates, Yoga, Core control, Stretching, Paddle board fitness PERSONAL ATTENTION Personal training at the Gym or your villa.
