5 Task 1 Military Listening (English Version) One of our patrols was operating in the east of the city this morning. At about 1030 hours a black vehicle came towards them at great speed. They immediately thought that it was an attack but the vehicle went past them and disappeared. The patrol leader decided that there was no point in trying to find them. The patrol continued down the main street and a little further on saw a small crowd of people outside the bank. They seemed very excited. The reason soon became clear a bank robbery had taken place and the criminals had escaped in a black truck. Questions 1. Ils ont immédiatement pensé que c'était une attaque mais le véhicule est passé et a disparu. Le chef de patrouille a décidé que ce n'était pas la peine d'essayer de les retrouver. La patrouille a continué le long de la rue principale et, un petit peu plus loin, ils ont vu un groupe de gens assemblés devant la banque. Ils semblaient très excités.
