3 Your Itinerary for July 20 August 4, 2014 July 20: Depart USA Depart from JFK Airport July 21 Day 1: Frankfurt-Kassel- Berlin Arrive in Frankfurt and tour the historic city of Kassel before arriving in Berlin. Join your companions for a Welcome Dinner. Hotel: Excelsior Meals: D July 22 Day 2: Berlin Meeting with counterparts. Ample time to shop and experience Berlin at your leisure. Explore this exciting city with night clubs, casinos and fine restaurants. Meals, July 23 Day 3: Berlin This morning enjoy a unique experience with 360 degree views of the city from the Berlin TV Tower. Experience the Jewish Museum featuring Daniel Liebeskind s extraordinary design. See Brandenburg Gate, the State Opera Building, the Reichstag Parliament Building, Unter Den Linden. Ample free time for shopping and exploring this magnificent city! You ll conclude the day with a three-course meal at a local restaurant July 24 Day 4: Berlin-Poznan- Warsaw Travel on a High Speed train to Warsaw. You ll conclude the day with a threecourse meal at the Sofitel Victoria Hotel. Hotel: Sofitel Victoria July 25 Day 5: Warsaw Morning meeting with counterparts See the sights of Warsaw with a guided tour. Explore the city limits during lunch. Visit the ghetto area and the Old Town. You ll conclude the day with a threecourse meal at the Sofitel Victoria Hotel July 26 Day 6: Warsaw- Czestochowa-Krakow Travel to Czestochowa. After lunch, visit the entrance to the Black Madonna and check out the monastery with a guided tour. Travel to Krakow. Dinner is a threecourse meal at the hotel Hotel: Novotel Centrum July 27 Day 7: Krakow Explore the city limits of Krakow with a guided tour, including the entrance to the Wawel Royal Cathedral, Sigismund Bell and the Royal Tombs. Later, visit the entrance to St. Mary s and do some shopping at the Century Market Hall before dinner at a local restaurant. July 28 Day 8: Krakow-Banksa Bystrica - Budapest Travel to Banska Bystrica for lunch. End the day in Budapest. Evening dinner with counterparts at local Budapest restaurant Hotel: Continental Zara Meals: B July 29 Day 9: Budapest Morning Counterpart Meeting Explore Budapest in the afternoon. Situated on the banks of the romantic Danube, Budapest is one of Europe s most romantic and beautiful cities. Your half day sightseeing adventure includes the famous Chain Bridge, the UNESCO Castle Hill District and the Fisherman s Bastion for amazing views of the Danube and Parliament. Enjoy dinner and a traditional Hungarian Folklore show Meals: B, L, D July 30 Day 10: Budapest-Vienna The Lazar Equestrian Park is situated just 35 km from Budapest in the romantic countryside. Inspired by the world champion Lazar Brothers, the park combines the ambiance of a Hungarian village and that of a horse farm. Enjoy a traditional Hungarian lunch while you experience a breathtaking Hungarian horse show. Travel to Vienna, Austria. Hotel: Hilton Danube Meals: B, L, D July 31 Day 11: Vienna Enjoy the city with a half-day guided tour, including the entrance to the Parliament Building, the Hofburg Palace, and St. Stephen s Cathedral. Then, enjoy a concert at the Auesperg featuring music by Mozart and Strauss. Meals: B August 1 Day 12: Vienna-Brno- Prague Travel to Brno via the Czech Republic. Explore Brno with a half-day guided tour, including the Spilberk Hrad underground prison, then travel to Prague. Have dinner at the hotel and enjoy a show at the Black Light Theatre. Crown Plaza Prague August 2 Day 13: Prague A guide will tour you through Prague, where you ll see the St. Vitus Cathedral, the Old Town Square and the Astronomical Clock. Evening three course dinner with your counterparts August 3 Day 14: Prague-Plzen- Frankfurt Travel to Plzen via the Czech Republic.
