2 A Bride Idea Wedding Event Planning Bride Groom Wedding Date Wedding Location LETTER OF AGREEMENT and Save the Date Deposit This agreement follows our meeting on the date of, during which we discussed your wedding and my professional role in assisting you. By contracting me, you will retain me as a Professional Wedding Consultant and Wedding Day Coordinator for your Wedding Ceremony scheduled on the date of and / or Wedding Reception scheduled on the date of and / or Wedding Rehearsal scheduled on the date of and / or Rehearsal Dinner scheduled on the date of and / or Bridesmaid Luncheon scheduled on the date of. Actual times will be decided during the planning stage or may be determined later. Description of Services As a consultant my role includes: 1. Assisting with choice of venues 2. Discussion of theme, color, style and complete wedding design 3. Use of my staff of wedding professionals in each category that fit your event style and budget and to provide you with suggestions and guidance in making the final selections 4. Assistance in budget determination and breakdown as needed 5. Consultations with you via telephone/ 6. Professional in-person consultation time through the planning process As Wedding Day Coordinator my duties include: 1. Visit to both ceremony and reception sites prior to wedding 2. Development of a detailed wedding timeline and floor plan for contracted vendors 3. Follow-up telephone calls to all contracted vendors 1 2 weeks before wedding day 4. Wedding Rehearsal Director if contracted YES NO 5. On-site coordination and supervision at the ceremony site and during the reception on the day of your wedding 6. Please note that the services listed above do not include running any wedding related errands such as picking up or delivering attire, supplies or equipment not supplied by us, documents, etc. Example: Kegs, liquor, returning tuxes, anything not supplied by us. 7. As the client, you will rely on me to work as many hours as may be reasonably necessary to fulfill my obligations under this agreement.

By contracting me, you will retain me as a Professional Wedding Consultant and Wedding Day Coordinator for your Wedding Ceremony scheduled on the date of and / or Wedding Reception scheduled on the

3 A Bride Idea Wedding Event Planning Bride Page 2 Conditions 1. I understand that my role will be that of adviser and coordinator. You will use me to gather all the sources needed to implement your selections. 2. You will make payments directly to me unless otherwise stated. (Some venues will require your signature and payment from you for insurance and responsible party purposes.) 3. It is your responsibility to notify me of any changes in a timely manner. If I haven't been notified in time to acquire all that is needed, I cannot be responsible for the changes. 4. I will use my professional judgment when taking action in regard to changes, weather, tardiness, nonperformance, etc. based on the situation, time limitations and/or your wishes. This decision has to be agreed upon two full days prior to the wedding time. I need 48 hours of working time to be able to change to the alternative rain plan. 5. In the event there are no outside vendors, the bride and groom are agreeing to use us for all the services we provide. 6. In the event the original or any specific venue becomes unavailable, for whatever reason, the bride will choose another venue to use in its place. All other sources will be provided as planned, and as closely as possible, use the existing wedding order adapted to suit the new venue, with only mutually agreed changes in writing. communication, acceptance and confirmation will be accepted for additions and changes. Please save all s for reference. 7. Outside Venders: In the event of an outside vendor, I will work with you as needed, but this should be agreed upon at the time of the signing of this contract. The outside vendor should be listed here, as part of the contract. The outside vendor should agree to our contract. If outside vendor does not fulfill his contract, you could lose your deposit. 4 A Bride Idea Wedding Event Planning Bride Page 3 Fees & Payment Schedule Your wedding date is For my services you will pay to me a total of the itemized list of items you have ordered to complete your wedding plans. That price will be determined and agreed to by both parties. All payments are applied to the balance of the wedding order. Payments are to be made as follows: First Payment: A non-refundable retainer in the amount of $300 as a good will effort to "hold the date" and book my services and the services of my staff for all we provide for the wedding day. Hold the Date Paid Second Payment: $600 Is due at the time of planning the wedding. Date of Planning Paid Third Payment: Two months prior to the wedding day, at least half the balance is due. Your first half of balance is due on or before Paid. Fourth Payment: One month prior to the wedding day, the remaining balance is due. Your balance is due on or before Paid. Alternate Payment Plan: If there is another payment plan that you may want to suggest, please feel free to ask. The wedding balance is to be paid in full one month prior to the wedding day, but if you have a method that would be easier for you, I am open to suggestions. Periodic or monthly payments are acceptable. Changes/Cancellations Any changes made to this letter of agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties. You may cancel this agreement, in writing, for any reason. If the wedding is canceled, for any reason, deposits are forfeited up to that point. If you postpone the wedding to another mutually agreeable date within 3 months of the original date, the same deposit money will be applied. When a wedding order is made and paid, it is final. If you need to make changes, they should be mutually agreed upon in writing and signed by both parties. Weather Changes If a fire, flood, earthquake or other natural calamity (or death of immediate family member) shall cause you to cancel your wedding; I will require payment only for the time actually spent planning your wedding and all expenses incurred up to that point. Save the Date Deposit If you accept the terms described above, please sign one copy of this letter and return it to me along with your payment in the amount of $300 to confirm your contract. Paying your $300 Save the Date deposit signifies you are in agreement with each and every part of this contract unless otherwise stated and detailed here-in.
