2 2 C H A P T E R 1 New Features Overview Common Features Migration of Exchange and SharePoint Hostings Into POA/PBA Is Supported Starting from POA 2.9 HOTFIX02, POA/PBA platform provides migration capabilities for hosting providers which already use Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 and Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 with provisioning through Microsoft Hosted Messaging and Collaboration 4.0 using own provisioning and billing platform. Hosting provider can migrate customers and their hosting/billing data into POA/PBA using the HMC Migration Tools. After the migration, a customer will be able to log in to POA/PBA Control Panel. The migrated Exchange mailboxes, distribution lists, public folders, and SharePoint sites will become manageable through the POA/PBA Control Panel. PA 2.9 HMC Migration Tools User's Guide

3 3 Windows Shared Hosting Ability to Create Multiple WSS Sites in Shared Web Application In POA 2.9 HOTFIX02 Customers can create multiple Windows SharePoint Sites 3.0 in a single shared web application. Earlier this possibility was provided only for exclusive applications. 4 C H A P T E R 2 Functional Changes Windows Shared Hosting Microsoft FTP Publishing Service for IIS 7.0 and Microsoft WebDAV Extension for IIS 7.0 Versions 7.5 Are Supported Starting from POA 2.9 HOTFIX02, Microsoft FTP Publishing Service version 7.5 for IIS 7.0 and Microsoft WebDAV Extension version 7.5 for IIS 7.0 are supported. Non-IFD CRM installations should be upgraded according to the instructions provided in the Parallels KB article - Note: CRM branding becomes unavailable with this configuration.
