2 Welcome to Mouchak Restaurant! The home of authentic Indian cuisine in Tonyrefail Now celebrating eight years of serving the best quality Indian and Bangladeshi dishes to our customers, we are delighted to present our new and exciting menu. Many of our long-standing customers tell us that the secret of Mouchak s popularity lies in our friendly service and delicious food, which is wonderful to hear. At Mouchak we work hard to show that behind every dish we serve, there is a real passion in the way we prepare fresh ingredients and the age-old traditions we follow in blending our herbs and spices. The cooking methods of our Head Chef and his kitchen staff have been passed down from generation to generation. Each person involved in the preparation of your dish adds his own culinary influence from a different village or region of Bangladesh and it is these skills that gives Mouchak its unique character and authenticity. We certainly searched far and wide for the right location to open our restaurant. Eight years on, we still consider ourselves very lucky to have chosen Tonyrefail. Opens up to a palate of a little tar and fruit. Marques De Cacceres Rioja Red (Spain) Clean dark colour; sports a vanilla, chocolate and cherry nose that fleshes out on the palate with a solid core of deeper, darker black currents, berries and cherries, all shaded with earthy undertones. Cotes Du Rhone La Chapelle (France) La chasse prestige is full bodied, round, elegant wine with spicy flavours. Rose Wines Mateus Rose (Portugal) The distinctive shaped bottle is not the only that has made this classic. The soft strawberry flavours are the real hit, and this is such an easy going wine. Great with food, just as happy without. Just needs to be nice and chilled. Rose D anjou Les Ligriens (France) Fruity, mellow and elegant wine Pacific Heights Zinfandel Rose (California) This wine exhibits bright aromas of strawberry and watermelon on the palate. It is flavourful and well balanced with a refreshing mouth fell and light crispness on its lingering finish.
