Diffrncs btwn th systms SA-V315 Th SA-V315 is a 5.1 channl spakr systm consisting of two front spakrs, two rar spakrs, on cntr spakr, and on subwoofr. It supports Sony DigitCinma Sound, Dolby* Pro Logic, and Dolby Digital (AC-3), and is thus gard towards th njoymnt of movis. SA-V312 Consisting of two front spakrs and on subwoofr, th SA-V312 is suitd for th njoymnt of music. * Manufacturd undr licns from Dolby Laboratoris. Stting othr spakrs For gratr flxibility in th positioning of th spakrs, us th optional WS-FV10, WS- TV10, or WS-WV10 spakr stand (availabl only in crtain countris). If such distortion occurs, turn off thos functions. To njoy high-quality sound, do not turn th subwoofr volum too high. To incras th bass sound from th subwoofr, connct th systm using Hookup B (s pag 5). Th bass sound is nhancd in MOVI mod rathr than in MUSIC mod. 9 Stting your amplifir to njoy movis (SA-V315 only) For th Dolby Digital (AC-3) If your amplifir is connctd intrnally or xtrnally with a Dolby Digital (AC-3) procssor, you should us th stup mnus for th amplifir to spcify th paramtrs of your spakr systm. 10 Prcautions On safty Bfor oprating th systm, b sur that th oprating voltag of th systm is idntical with that of your local powr supply. Th unit is not disconnctd from th AC powr sourc (mains) as long as it is connctd to th wall outlt, vn if th unit itslf has bn turnd off. Unplug th systm from th wall outlt if it is not to b usd for an xtndd priod of tim. To disconnct th cord, pull th cord by grasping th plug. Nvr pull th cord itslf. Should any liquid or solid objct fall into th systm, unplug th systm s powr cord and hav th systm chckd by qualifid prsonnl bfor oprating it any furthr. AC powr cord must b changd only at th qualifid srvic shop. On opration Do not driv th spakr systm with a continuous wattag xcding th maximum input powr of th systm. If th polarity of th spakr connctions ar not corrct, th bass tons will b wak and th position of th various instrumnts obscur. Contact btwn bar spakr wirs at th spakr trminals may rsult in a short-circuit. Bfor conncting, turn off th amplifir to avoid damaging th spakr systm. Th spakr grill cannot b rmovd. Do not attmpt to rmov th grill on th spakr systm. If you try to rmov it, you may damag th spakr.
