1 Accommodation in Copenhagen General Information EEA has signed agreements with some hotels in Copenhagen, so invitees to EEA meetings can benefit from special corporate rates all the year round. Hotels are listed as within five- minute walk and further than five-minute walk from the EEA headquarters. Please note that this list is provided for your convenience. Web page and reservations department address for each hotel are indicated, as well as reference wording, customer/client number or similar, to be mentioned at the time of booking in order to qualify for EEA special rates (see rates box, below the rates). Also note that: 1) Reservations are to be made directly by the invitee, in his/her own name. 2) Reservations are to be guaranteed by invitee s personal credit card. 3) Once the booking has been confirmed, the hotel will charge the cost of one night for non-show, unless the cancellation has been made, in writing, before 14.00h on the date of arrival, at the latest. English is the language used world-wide in the tourism industry. 4) Invitees are requested to settle invoices directly with the hotel before checkout. The EEA declines all responsibility for payment. Hotels reserve the right to apply the Danish law in case of unpaid invoices. 1
