2 1. Quick Start Guide : Access to the Virtual Desktop main page To access Virtual Desktop main page type in the browser the url and click on Bulgari My Office. 2

3 1.1 First authentication The first step for access Virtual Desktop is to insert username and password provided by Bulgari Helpdesk. 3

4 1.2 PIN Insert the temporary PIN code assigned by Bulgari Helpdesk. 4

5 1.3 PIN change Insert your NEW PIN with the same number of characters forwarded by Bulgari Helpdesk. Confirm your NEW PIN. Now the system is ready to manage your access with your NEW PIN. Please insert again your PIN code to start login workflow and then click on Submit. Once clicked on Submit an from address will be send to the user mailbox 5

6 Insert in the next page the received Tokencode. Click on Submit to access your Virtual Desktop. The PIN change step will be executed only during first access. For normal access you could directly insert your personal PIN and, after RSA secondary PIN reception, enter to your personal Virtual Desktop. 1.4 Select your Virtual Applications During your first access you ll be redirect to your personal Virtual Desktop, where you ll find all your preferred virtual applications. 6

7 To populate your desktop you could select from the list of available applications clicking on For any selected application an icon will be created on your desktop. Selecting all your favorites applications you could create your personal Virtual Desktop. 7

8 2. Quick Start Guide : Access to the SSL VPN main page If you need a direct connection to Bulgari Network, instead of use your virtual applications, you could use the SSL VPN access. With SSL VPN your pc will be directly connected to Bulgari network and you could execute every task like if connected on office or shop. To access SSL VPN main page type in the browser the url and then click on Bulgari My Office (1). On the opened login form click on link to open a direct connection to Bulgari Network (2). You ll be redirected to the SSL VPN home page. 8

9 Insert your username, password and PIN code and click on log on. An from address will be send to the user mailbox. Insert in the next page the received Tokencode. 9

10 For first access on SSL VPN you need to install Citrix Netscaler Gateway plug-in. If the Citrix Netscaler Gateway plug-in has not been already installed on the pc, click on Download and select Run on the browser security window. Click on Install and follow all installation steps. IMPORTANT: To install Citrix Netscaler Gateway plug-in you need to have administrator rights on your pc. 10

11 Once installed the plug-in will start the connection to Bulgari VPN SSL. On the system tray you could find the agent icon and any important message will be displayed by the agent to let you know the connection status. Once established your browser will be redirected to MyBulgari portal. 11

12 To logoff from SSL VNP you need to right click on agent icon and select and confirm Logoff. IMPORTANT: If on your pc has been already installed the Citrix Receiver, the Citrix Netscaler Gateway plug-in will be included like an extension on Citrix Receiver agent. If Citrix Receiver is already installed you could find the icon on system tray. In this case to logoff from SSL VNP you need to right click on agent icon and select Advanced Preferences. 12

13 Click on Netscaler Gateway Setting then Logoff. 13

14 3. Change your domain password Once connected to your personal virtual desktop you could also change your domain password. IMPORTANT: Should be possible to change exclusively active password. In case of password expired the system will ask you automatically the renewal during the login phase. In case of renewal it is mandatory to know your last used password. To change domain password login to site using username, password and token. Once connected on your virtual desktop, click on the arrow near your name and select Change Password from list menu. 14

15 The system will ask you to insert current password and the new one Once all forms has been compiled you can click OK to save new password. 15
