1 SUMMER GROUP OFFER - SPORT CONCIERGE Sport Concierge services include both sport ready, multi-use sports offer exploring the potential of Zakopane - from skiing and snowboarding, by Nordic walking, cycling, fitness classes and hikes up to the realization of individual sports' wishes, such as personal training, golf academy, entertainment for children and youth, rock climbing and sailing. Everything is done in the region of the Highlands. Together with the ARIES Hotel & SPA we also prepared packages containing activity programmes with sports and recreation for anyone who dreams of achieving their tourist and sporting aspirations. 2 OUTDOOR MOUNTAIN RESCUERS - TEAM BUILDING GAME Team building game with a main goal to find a missing person. Concluded under the supervision of professional rescuers of TOPR. Time of activity: 3 to 5 hours. (Including transfers) CITY GAMES City game is an activity the demands communication and cooperation of all participants. Along the route marked on a special map, all participants divided into groups must fulfill the tasks and answer many tricky questions. The goal of the mission is simple reach to the final destination where the treasure is located! Time of activity: min. 2 hours. RAFTING Rafting trip along the Dunajec river. True adventure and excitement concluded under the assistance of experienced guides. Time of activity: 5 hours including transfers. Also available in the rafting + cycling option.

3 PODHALE BIKE TRIPS An offer of sightseeing Zakopane and it s surroundings riding the two wheels. We offer various routes and combinations depending on the group expectations such as bike+swim, downhill rides, full day expeditions with guides. Routes start from 10 km, and can reach up to 45 km daily! Our clients most favourite is the Tour the Pologne route taking you through the hills of Poland s most prestigious cycling event. MOTOSPORT EVENTS 4x4, QUAD An exceptional offer in Podhale. 4x4cars or quads will take you through the undiscovered parts of the region. We organize races, trips and time trials on backroads with of an old map in your hand.

4 GUIDED TRIPS KOSCIELISKA VALLEY WITH THE EPLORATION OF MYLNA CAVE MNICH THE MYTHICAL PEAK With the help of alpine climbing equipment, and experienced guides you will reach one of the most challenging summits in the Tatra mountains. Time of activity: around 8 hours (including transfers) Difficulty: Very Challenging. KASPROWY WIERCH The holy mountain of polish skiers. Only place offering skiing conditions in april. In summer we offer picturesque trekking trips to the summit. You can either climb up and go down by Kasprowy cable car or other way round. Time of activity: around 3 hours. Difficulty: Medium.

5 STRĄŻYSKA VALLEY Relaxing walk along the clear water Strazyski river in the valley. Beautiful surroundings, nature and mountain views inspire everyone. Time of activity: 3,5 hours Difficulty: Easy. MORSKIE OKO One of the most beautiful Tatra lakes, often visited by tourists. Enjoy a nice walk or carriage ride to reach the great view at the end of the route. Famous shelter at the lakeside offers great pancakes and snacks. Time of activity: 5 hours (including transfers) Difficulty: Easy. RUNNING THE TATRAS Our Sport Concierge Tomek Król (TOPR rescuer, instructor, triathlonist, multi-active person) invites all to start your running adventure. As a native mountaineer from Zakopane he knows all routes and places not visited by tourists. We offer group runs, individual practice, and team building challenges. Time of activity and difficulty depends on the group stamina and expectations.

6 NORDIC WALKING An activity which demands activity of most of ones muscles. Enjoyable walk with sticks is an excellent offer for big groups to sightsee Zakopane and it s surroundings. Also available as a trip with a licensed guide. Time of activity: depends on group wish. SIGHTSEEING FLIGHTS From April to October we invite our guests to enjoy a breathtaking sceninc flight starting from the airport in Nowy Targ. We offer gliders, planes and helicopters. HORSE CARRIAGE RIDES Traditional activity, which can lead you to a regional dinner or to a selected spot. Can be concluded with the assistance of a licensed guide, English-speaking leader. Torches, Tatra tea, blankets provided! Time of activity: depending on clients wish.

7 THERMAL POOL TRIP GORACY POTOK (HOT RIVER) We invite our guests to a new thermal pool located outdoor in the village of Szaflary. 8 THEATRE WORKSHOPS WITKACY THEATRE FIRST AID TRAINING Interactive activity conducted by Tatra rescuers and lifeguards in a conference room or outdoor. Using the phantom and slide show group divided into teams will walk through all the basic life saving things one have to do when facing a situation. Time of indoor activities: depends on the group size.

9 POWER SPEECH KRZYSZTOF WIELICKI Krzysztof Wielicki is and alpine and high-altitude climber. He is the fifth man to climb all fourteen eight-thousanders and the first ever to climb Mount Everest, Kangchenjunga, and Lhotse in the winter. He is a member of The Explorers Club. His power speech is focused on hard work, dealing with extreme situations and determination. HIGHLANDER GAMES - SPASY During the folk evening participants have an opportunity to not only taste delicious food and beverages, but also to have a first-hand experience of a real, regional fun! Góralskie Śpasy is a combination of shows of mountain dance and customs with contests, e.g.: horseshoe throw identification of beverages while blindfolded highland dialect lessons cheese identification contest In addition, you will learn to dance: at the end of the evening every woman will know how to dance "on 3" and every man will know what "zbójnicki" is!
