All authorized users of this gateway are assigned with their portion of capacity. Congestion at IP Gateway IP gateway capacity owned by each incumbent providers is unable to sustain the oversubscribed traffic volume shared by all kinds of users they put on their network, which causes congestion, hence high latency and packet loss Inflexible Solution Internet service must be subscribed from local branch office in each province or city.
