1 COMPANY PROFILE PRECISION MACHINING & ASSEMBLY COMPANY Medmakina as a company that specialized on the precision CNC Machining & Assembly of highreliabilty components for the Aerospace, Defense Industries, established in Our company operates in 1750 m 2 production facility located in Ankara, the capital city of Turkey. Our quality system is certified according to ISO 9001:2008 and AS 9100 will be active on 01/01/2015. The company employees 30 highly skilled personnel, including 5 Engineers and 15 Technicians, operate a 24 shift system. Our experienced and highly skilled employees provide manufacturing solutions from prototype through production using the latest solid base manufacturing CAD/CAM systems, CNC 5-axis machining technology and CMM & Profile projector quality control to ensure quality products. 2 CAPABILITIES MACHINING, ENGINEERING, DESING MACHINING Medmakina manufacturies precision parts with multi axis machining (turning and milling up to 5 axis) and 3D CMM & Profile projector quality control, subject to geometrical closed tolerances greater than ±0.0025mm /± Machining experience on titanium, aluminum, stainless steel, stell alloys, superalloys and engineering plastics such as PEEK, Ultem, Vesconite, Teflon etc. Customer approved special processes such as coating, painting surface treatment, welding, heat treatment etc. are out-sourced and acceptance of ANSI, MIL, DIN standards are certificated to deliver finished parts and assemblies. Products are manufactured to meet customers high quality, on time delivery and price expectations. ENGINEERING Medmakina as a company that experienced from ANSI, DIN, MIL standards to solid base or free drawing manufacturing. This includes: - Process and quality planning, - CAD/CAM applications, - DNC/Data transfer and macro programming, - Fixture design, fabrication and tooling, - First Article Inspection (FAI) phases. DESING Medmakina technical staff can provide a variety of services to support your product development and launch efforts. This includes: Prototype iteration, Design for manufacturability, Material selection, Cost reduction initiatives and project management in support of product launches. LOGISTICS Medmakina Logistics System is capable to purchase raw material, hardware and chemicals from customer approved suppliers all over the world and delivers the finished parts according to customer requirements.

4 DEFENSE INDUSTRY MECHANICAL & OPTICAL PARTS Medmakina produces the precise machined parts and subassemblies for the main projects (thermal imaging, laser range finder, night vision, micro-wave systems/rfmodules, electro-optic systems, military radios etc.) of Defense Industries Medmakina Ltd. do operations for final process such as surface treatment, heat treatment, welding, marking etc. according to requested MIL Standards (and/or AISI, DIN norms).
