4 Details of Our Services Project Handover Documentation We produce all aspects of project handover documentation including O&M Manuals, Health & Safety Files, CIBSE TM31 Building Log Books, M&E Manuals, BREEAM Building User Guides, Residents Packs and Tennant Packs. Whether it is CDM, Part L, Code for Sustainable Homes or BREEAM we have the expertise to satisfy everyone s requirements. Asset Register & PPM Our online solution distils relevant information from the O&Ms into an easy to use, system based Asset Register which is fully searchable and links each item of plant to supporting documentation. This can be enhanced with a Planned Preventative Maintenance Regime to schedule predicted maintenance via a calendar interface. We also integrate all asset data contained within DocumentPark into your CAFM software. This eliminates the need to manually survey the building following PC & provides instant insight into the future maintenance requirements of your building. 5 Details of Our Services (continued) BIM Integration We have developed a solution to interface Asset and O&M information with a Building Information Model (BIM). Simply click on an item of plant in the model to retrieve all the associated O&M and asset data or click on an asset in the register to view it in the model. Project Management Every Createmaster project is assigned a project engineer who oversees the relationship with the client, including regular progress reports and attendance at site meetings throughout the project life. BREEAM Compliance Management We help clients achieve the relevant qualification by either authoring BREEAM User Guides or providing BREEAM accreditation management. Project Completion File Createmaster collate this crucial documentation allowing you to concentrate on the build process whilst safe in the knowledge that on the day of PC all required documentation will be in place, enabling a smooth handover. Web Hosting & Digital Archiving Createmaster provide web hosting for all construction handover information. This allows the FM team to search within documents, tag items to the BIM and plan maintenance. We also provide an updating service, carrying out reasonable updates for any alterations or fit outs. In addition, historic hard copy & CD manuals can be converted into a DocumentPark hosted website for a fully searchable and easy to navigate digital archive.
