In order to manage the performance of these providers, and ensure our robust procedures are met, we have a team of supply chain managers based across the business. As a result of the success the AMSandDS framework has brought, we have established a dedicated team in Nottingham who are solely responsible for co-ordinating and managing the 216 organisations that make up the current supply chain for the framework. This team works closely with 30 sub-consultants SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT 70 sub-consultants our supply chain partners, key account managers and clients to: Fully vet and approve prior to commencement of work Regularly review progress and performance Manage KPI s Obtain customer feedback Ensure appointments, contracts and agreements are in place We hold annual review meetings with every active supplier and look to provide constructive feedback to help encourage an ethos of continuous improvement and development.
