13 Who are the main WOBB visitors? They are mostly fresh graduates with 0 to 5 years of working experience from numerous industries. In short, high quality Gen Y talent. We have applications from young returning Malaysians, graduates with solid academic backgrounds, talented people with passion for social work, and also experienced hires with solid track records. What is the split in terms of traffic, between the website and the app? Based on our analytics, 10-20% of traffic accesses WOBB through the mobile app, while 80-90% of traffic accesses WOBB through our website (including desktop and mobile/tablet usage). However, 90% of the job applications are sent out through the app. Will the app feature companies that do not have a Culture Page with WOBB? Both the app and the website will feature your job advertisements whether or not you have a Culture Page, however, those with a Culture Page will be featured first. Our data shows that companies with a Culture Page receive 4.5 times more applications than those without. employer@wobb.co for more info about setting up a Culture Page with WOBB.

14 What if we take/make our own photos and videos? As long as your content fits the requirement list that we will send to you upon request to create a Culture Page, we encourage the use of your inhouse content so that we can set up your page for free. After getting the creative team to set up a Culture Page for us, is it possible for us to have free job tokens first to test the efficiency of the package? Unfortunately, we do not offer free job advertisements upon creation of a Culture Page. However, we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, where if you are not happy with the quality of CVs received, we will repost your job for free. Please note that our guarantees only applies to companies with a Culture Page. Can we freely update or edit anything on the culture page, anytime? Yes, you can always send an to employer@wobb.co to make changes to your Culture Page. Certain companies have a Culture Page with a promotional video (apart from the interview video) attached. Do we create and upload the videos by ourselves? Some companies have their own promotional video used on other platforms. We are happy to add such videos to a Culture Page. However, if you send us in-house content, videos are not mandatory. If you hire the WOBB production team to create your Culture Page content, we will send in a professional interviewer to interview some of your staff for the Culture Page.

15 How does the pricing work if I choose to both create a Culture Page and advertise jobs? Culture Page production and job advertising falls under separate pricing structures. A Culture Page is free to create if you send us the content. There are fees only if you hire the WOBB production team to create the content for you. There are no subscription/annual fees. Once you create an employer account on WOBB, your dashboard will show you the listed prices for advertising jobs. Prices are cheapest if you have a Culture Page, and will automatically be reflected on your employer dashboard. What is the validity of the job tokens? Once you make a purchase through the employer dashboard, you receive job tokens that represent how many advertisement slots you purchased. The tokens do not have an expiry date until they are active. Once you activate a job advertisement, it will expire after 90 days. There is no auto-renewal. You can renew jobs from your employer dashboard and another job token will be deducted. Can I advertise jobs without a Culture Page? Yes, you can. However, none of our guarantees will apply. We highly recommend setting up a Culture Page because of the results and higher relevance in terms of applicants.
