PLEASE NOTE: Day visitors will also have to pay the normal gate entry fee R50.00 per person at the Sun City main gate in order to get into the complex.! Day visitors will register as BB packages. Although certain sections do, however, call for the competitor s / groups own choice of music. In these instances the own choice CD must be handed in at the prescribed registration table at the time specified by the event co-ordinator. (An update letter in this regard will be distributed closer to the time). All Cd s must be clearly marked with the dancers name, dance title, category, age group and studio. ONLY ONE RECORDING PER CD AND THE CD MUST BE IN A PROTECTIVE COVE The event co-ordinator and the sound engineer will not be responsible for the quality of recordings or for recordings that cannot be read by the CD players at the competition. MAKE SURE YOU CARRY BACK-UPS. EVENT SCHEDULE: The competition schedule is very carefully drawn-up to fit in with the time available in the Superbowl. Once the schedule has been drafted NO STUDIO, TEACHER OR PARENT MAY REQUEST A CHANGE TO THE SCHEDULE - NON NEGOTIABLE! ANNUAL COMPETITOR S REGISTRATIONS:!
