Sophie Hæstorp Andersen, Chairman of the Regional Council, The Social Democratic Party Sophie Hæstorp Andersen (Danish Social Democrats) is the Chairman of the Regional Council of the Capital Region and of the Executive Committee. She holds a MSc in political science from the University of Copenhagen She has been a Member of Parliament for the Social Democratic Party in Greater Copenhagen greater constituency , and in Western Copenhagen constituency from Frank Jensen, Lord Mayor of Copenhagen Frank Jensen has been Lord Mayor of Copenhagen since He is an experienced politician and has been Minister for Justice from , Minister for Research, Frank Jensen is cand. oecon from Aalborg University. Mikkel Hemmingsen, CEO, City of Copenhagen Mikkel Hemmingsen came to City of Copenhagen as CEO in October 2014 from a position as CEO of Region of Southern Denmark. He is responsible for collaboration with and organisation of the political board and committees. He is chairman of the board of directors covering all areas of the municipality including regional development. He has previously held positions as General director regional development in Southern Denmark, Director of management consulting in Accenture and Deputy Director General for Government IT-policy in MInistry of Science, Technology and Innovation. Mikkel Hemmingsen holds a Master of Political science and administration from University of Copenhagen and an Executive Management Programme from Insead.

2 Lene Espersen, CEO, DANSKE ARK Lene Espersen has been CEO of the Danish Organisations of Architect Firms since Her job is to take care of the interest of the business and not least promote the world-famous Danish architects even more. Lene Espersen is an experienced politician. She has been Member of Parliament from 1994, Secretary of the State, chairman of the conservative party and Minister of Economy and Commerce. Lene Espersen is cand.oecon. from Aarhus University. Rebekka Nymark, Customer and Business Director, Metroselskabet og Hovedstadens Letbane Rebekka Nymark is Customer and Business Director in the Copenhagen Metro where she has the responsibility for developing the commercial activities and new business areas for the Copenhagen Metro. Rebekka Nymark joined the Copenhagen Metro in 2010 as Head of Development in charge of customer-oriented initiatives and neighbour communication in connection with the construction of the Cityring as well as working with developing new metro and lightrail lines. Rebekka Nymark has more than 10 years experience with infrastructure development in Copenhagen and comes from a position as Head of Division in the Urban Development and Infrastructure Centre at the City of Copenhagen. Mikkel Krogh, Director Real Estate, Copenhagen Airports A/S Copenhagen Airport is Scandinavias most international and essential to the development of Copenhagen. At the same time the airport has massive expanding plans and works on attracting companies and developers to new attractive areas around the airport. Mikkel Krogh has been with the airport since Mikkel Krogh has extensive experience from financial positions in companies like Actavis, Dong Energy, TDC and The Ministry of foreign affairs. Mikkel Krogh has a M. Sc. in Economics and Business Administration. Peter Winther, Partner & CEO (MRICS), Sadolin & Albæk A/S Peter Winther is Managing Partner and CEO of Sadolin & Albæk, one of Denmark\'s most well-known real estate consultants. He mediates the sale of commercial and investment properties as well as property portfolios. Peter heads the Sadolin & Albæk Analyses and Research team. He enjoys in-depth market knowledge and a longstanding track record spanning a wide variety of commercial property services and consulting in Denmark and abroad, including analyses of corporate investment strategies and portfolio allocations, as well as asset management.

3 Anne Skovbro, Director of Planning and Development, City of Copenhagen Anne Skovbro is director of planning and development for the City of Copenhagen. Her job is to ensure continued growth. She has a degree in engineering with a specialty in planning and a Ph.D. from the Department of Architecture and Design at Aalborg University. Anne Skovbro was first employed by the City of Copenhagen in 2007 as a planning manager in charge of the city s overall planning and major development projects. Henrik Aage Sørensen, COO, Exometric Exometric is supporting investment and developing companies prior to and during the implementation of investments into real estate projects. Exometric delivers new research technology that helps quantify the true potential of investment projects within real estate. Henrik Sørensen will reveal some of these newly generated insights which will redefine how different target groups will behave leaving the Copenhagen housing area still more fragmented and dynamic. Henrik Sørensen has worked with market analysis and business planning, both domestically and internationally, for more than 25 years, including 10 years experience in multidimensional data sourcing and data fusion. He holds advanced degrees from Insead, France and Copenhagen Business School, where he also teaches as an external lecturer in business strategy and market analysis. Per Andersen, Partner, Financial Services, Real Estate, PwC Per Andersen is a partner and head of PwC\'s Danish real estate team and advises on real estate transactions. Per s expertise includes advice in structuring and implementing both the buying and selling of real estate and loan portfolios in Denmark and across national borders. The advice also includes sale and leaseback and provision of capital and financing, including construction financing. Per Andersen\'s clients consist of companies related to the property market, such as investors and other property owners. Henrik Groos, Partner, Accura Advokatpartnerselskab Henrik Groos is one of Denmark\'s most respected transaction lawyers and is one of the partners heading ACCURA\'s property team. His track record includes some of the largest real estate transactions in Denmark as sole adviser to large professional clients such as pension funds, commercial property investors and hotels. Henrik Groos has also expertise in heading transactions in relation to divesting of property assets and acquisition of commercial properties, as well as structuring of property funds. Henrik Groos joined ACCURA as a partner in 2000.

4 Rikke Lykke, Managing Director, Patrizia Nordics A/S Since 2012, Rikke Lykke has headed the expansion of German investor Patrizia in the Nordic countries. She is in charge of Nordic investments and for expanding the portfolio in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland. As managing director, Rikke Lykke has already invested more than 1 billion in both residential and commercial real estate -in some of Copenhagen\'s most exclusive locations. Rikke Lykke\'s previous roles include the managing partner of Atlas Management, director of Landic Property and Proark and fund manager in Property Invest. David Overby, Partner, Solstra Capital Partners David Overby is a partner with Solstra Capital Partners, a private equity management company investing in special situations and asset backed opportunities in Scandinavia and the Northern part of Europe. Solstra Capital Partners hold assets within a broad range of industries, including the hotel industry. Solstra Capital Partners current hotel investments are the Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers (366 rooms) and Hotel Bella Sky (814 rooms) as well as Conference center Bella Center and the warehouse Illums in the center of Copenhagen. Prior to joining Solstra Capital Partners, Mr. Overby served as Senior Vice President with Straumur Investment Bank in Copenhagen, a local branch David Overby was involved in establishing in David Overby serves as an Executive Board Member in a number of different companies, including a stock-listed real estate company. Nicolai Irminger Axholm, Sales Manager, By & Havn Educated in both urban studies and business studies, Nicolai Axholm has for the last 12 years worked with urban development in Copenhagen. CPH City & Port Development is a publicly owned development company in charge of more than half of the available development areas in Copenhagen. The main business is the development process from industrial brown field to well-planned building opportunities. As head of sales, Nicolai Axholm is responsible for both sales strategies and the daily contact with developers, pension funds and other customers. Caroline Arends, CEO, Lyngby-Taarbæk City of Knowledge and Urban Development (Vidensby) Caroline Arends has been CEO of Lyngby-Taarbæk City of Knowledge and Urban Development (Vidensby) since the establishment of the organization in Lyngby-Taarbæk City of Knowledge and Urban Development is a unique initiative to make Lyngby-Taarbæk a thriving university town.
