3 Introduction The Innovation Centre is located at the heart of Milton Park, accommodating over 80 businesses in state-of-the-art serviced offices. There are purpose-built meeting rooms and conference facilities to suit every business need. The lounge is open to all business uses, to people within the local community. A variety of rooms and conference facilities are available for holding meetings large or small, training events, interviews, seminars or exhibitions. Friendly on-site staff are on hand to arrange everything for you. Virtual Packages Serviced Offices Features of the packages include a Milton Park mailing address, postal services, direct dial and telephone answering, hot-desking and access to meetings rooms. A choice of serviced offices from 85 to 3,300 sq ft can accommodate small businesses of between 1 and 30 people. Our flexible all-inclusive packages can be tailored to meet your requirements. 0

They are ideal for businesses which don t need full-time office premises, yet would like to benefit from having the Innovation Centre, Milton Park as a professional business address. Calls can be transferred to an external landline or mobile number if required. Additional charges are made for the cost of the call Mail handling and receipt any mail received will be held for collection 40 hours of day office usage per month including bandwidth connection I have only been a Virtual Plus tenant for a few weeks but I can honestly say that I d wish I d moved in sooner; such has been the warmth of everyone s welcome at the Innovation Centre. The whole set-up is always extremely professional and dynamic, especially the Reception staff. The best thing for me is its proximity to Didcot Parkway railway station as I am a frequent traveller. The flexibility of office space and tenancy type means that, as my business grows, I can plan ahead safe in the knowledge that the Innovation Centre will remain my business home. It s easy to move into larger premises at Milton Park many have done so. But if you decide to move elsewhere, you only need to give one month s notice. A dedicated on-site team offers the highest levels of service, including a Reception team who are available to answer your incoming calls (to your script) between 8.30am and 5.00pm. The Innovation Centre offers an Asynchronous Contended superfast bandwidth service through a managed switch, which is monitored 4 hours a day, 7 days a week, via a dedicated fibre link.
