1 In addition to providing quality furnished secure offices, we also offer the following services to make your business more professional & easier to run. Administrative and Support Services Reception Our Reception Staff will welcome, greet and register your visitors to Leigh House and offer refreshments at no additional charge between the hours of 9.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Telephone Answer Service To ensure that your business runs even when you have other commitments we offer a telephone answer service by our staff in your own companies name. (Price based on a reasonable No of calls per person), thereafter 10 per person extra per month. Secretarial & Typing A full range of facilities are available, should you require them. All admin and secretarial work, typing, spreadsheets and presentations can be undertaken on your behalf within Leigh House. Bookkeeping/Accounts Processing For an hourly rate our Accounts Team will be happy to assist in any accounting/bookkeeping requirements, which you may have, electronic and manual. Photocopying We are pleased to offer a flat rate policy on any photocopies you require, your unique code ensures you only pay for what you have used. Faxing Incoming Our staff will be pleased to pigeon hole any incoming faxes and notify you at your desk of their receipt. Faxing Outgoing We will send any outgoing faxes on your behalf. 2 Laminating A laminating service is available for both badges, A5, A4 and A3 sheets. Coffee and Tea Provisions For offices accommodating 4 or more persons a fridge and kettle will be provided within their office. 50p per sheet up to A4 90p per sheet for A3 Offices which have less than a 4 persons occupancy may have a kettle provided on request, otherwise the canteen/rest area is equipped with a constant hot water boiler, microwaves and fridge at their disposal. Security Leigh House offers a secure working environment with CCTV and controlled access to the building. Each office will be supplied with an individual alarm number to gain access to the building, furthermore two individual office keys together with access fobs are included within your fee. Should keys or fobs be misplaced then a small charge will be applicable. Key holder Service A dedicated key holder service is in place for Leigh House, however should a false alarm be activated by yourselves then any charges incurred from the key holder/security companies will be passed on. 10 per lost key 20 per lost fob inc. set-up Security/Key holder Cost + 10% Admin Charge

3 Communications & IT Additional Connections We will provide your company with its own unique telephone and fax number. In addition your already provided telephone handset will allow additional connections for Internet access or fax use, without any detriment to using the telephone, however we do request a small contribution to the monthly line rental per additional device. Telephone System Support Should an incident occur where telephone handset or system support is required to bring back online your telephone connection then a small fee per incident will be payable. Telephone Call Rates Call Forwarding Externally Ever wanted to be out or at home, but still make your clients feel that your in your office just waiting to answer their call. Well if you have already chosen the Telephone Answer Service then we can directly connect your incoming office calls to any other Number you wish, all you pay for is the second part of the call. Alternatively we can set you up a button on your main company phone handset which will automatically forward all calls to a predetermined telephone number of your choice, which we will do free if requested at original set-up, as above you only pay for the second part of the call. However if you want this set-up/modified later then an additional fee applies. Internet Access Internet access is available through your own modem utilising the ISDN Telephone system. Broadband/ADSL We are less than 1Km from the local telephone exchange so you can even have up to a 2mb link, as well as the usual 512K & 1mb link, which we will patch through to any position in your chosen office. 4 Networking Facilities We can offer network facilities per office/per floor or for multiples of 100Mbps, using your own dedicated switches ensuring your individual network IT security. (Each switch will accept up to 16 users or multiplies thereof) (Set-up fee does not include actual setting up of your PC s just switch and appropriate connections). IT Assistance For basic problems and assistance such as printers, scanners, network problems, CD s/dvd s etc. we can help with our in house assistance. As for more complex issues or initial new network/server set-up s one of our recommended business partners will be able to take care of all your I.T. needs on request. 100 set-up fee 35 per month 25 per hour Call Out 80 inc 1st Hour 50 per hour thereafter

5 Post & Storage Outgoing Post The post is collected from Leigh House every day from our dedicated post room, should you require us to deal with your outgoing post then all we ask is for you to place it in the dedicated outgoing post area by the required time each day. Incoming Post/Postage Handling We will deal and sort out any incoming post, deliver and receive any package on your behalf and place in your dedicated pigeonhole within our post room. Special Delivery We will prepare, organise and post any special delivery requirements, which you may have. Courier Charges We can organise on your behalf a courier to collect/deliver any packages/documents which you may require from & to any U.K. location. Packaging Charges Should you require a package to be sent on your behalf we offer a standard and specialist packaging charge. Storage We offer a variety of storage facilities for office users which ranges from 56 Sqft to 237 Sqft. & can be further subdivided if desired. 15p per letter 1 per parcel Cost of postage plus 1 fee Cost of Courier plus 10 charge 1 per plus postage charge for standard packages 5 specialist/ large packages 1 sqft for fully shelved areas 50p sqft for unshelved areas 25p sqft for outside storage with shelves and hooks
