Where on earth did 2012 go?! It barely seems a few months since we were looking ahead into the new year and forming our plans for our second full year as Daisy Distribution and now we sit doing the same for The past 12 months have been both challenging and rewarding as we have continued to reinforce our standing within the distribution channel, leading the way on most if not all of our categories. Looking ahead into 2013 we have a stable proposition to start the year with, with many of the promotions and initiatives extended to bring you stability and security. However we are also looking for growth across all of our network propositions and are keen to engage with partners to help support them in developing initiatives to drive acquisition and promote retention. Customer engagement is even more critical in today s marketplace and you will see within this issue a number of key stats that are recorded about customer behaviour when they receive a high quality service and more importantly when they receive a poor experience. Customers will continue to be difficult to acquire and will be circumspect in selecting their partners so it is important that having won their business you have the means and mechanisms in place to manage their account throughout contract term making the effort to understand their business and its needs and to act proactively in support of them. Ultimately having a satisfied customer increases the opportunities to sell in more products and services and this can be achieved through a structured customer lifecycle management plan. 5 Commissions Update NEW 12 Mobile Sharers New customers signing to Vodafone before the 31st March on a voice only plan can take a 12 sharer rate as opposed to the standard 15. You can not have 12 and 15 sharers on one account. The 3 months free is available on both 12 and 15 sharers. The 12 sharer accounts still qualify for the full volume bonuses but there is a 40 reduction. If 12 sharer is required on out of commitment renewals only then please contact Daisy Distribution s Retentions and Funding Department. 12 Month Red Business Plans NEW There are 2 new 12 month plans within the Red Business model offering unlimited calls and texts and inclusive data allowances. These plans do not qualify for any volume bonus payments. Please note: these plans are SIM-Only where a customer wishes to keep their existing handset. NEW New Red Business Bolt-ons Three new bolt-ons have been introduced for the Red Business tariffs to cover 08 numbers, 3 data size BES bolt-ons and 3 Data Boost bundles. Please refer to page 13 for details. 70 Volume Bonus Earn up to 70 for every new Vodafone connection with a 50 connection bonus for completing just 10+ new connections in a month (excludes Mobile Broadband tariffs), plus a further 20 bonus where your opening churn rate is below 10%. 60 One Net Express Bonus Every time you convert a new customer over to a One Net Express variant tariff you will earn an additional 60 over and above the basic sharer rate. With the volume bonus payments this brings the total maximum for a Vodafone sharer to a massive Months Free Line Rental The promotion to offer new customers 3 months free on all sharers on their account has been extended until 31st March. Please note that when submitting an in-life renewal request you must ensure that any required bolt-ons / additional services are included on the submitted order and appear on the customer contract. Should an in-life renewal request be submitted without bolt-ons / additional services it will be assumed that they are not required, regardless of whether the customer currently has these and will be removed from the existing account. 9

10 Vodafone Migration Rules 50 Product Bonus On One Net Express Migrations Vodafone has updated its rules surrounding migrating Voice-Only plans to One Net Express Single and Sharer plans. These rule changes are designed to recognise a customers true value by paying migrations based on renewal bandings, and in addition a 50 product bonus has been introduced for the quarter, to further increase the value in moving your existing voice customers to One Net Express. The previous One Net Express Migration s are no longer valid. The updated rules are outlined below. Migrations from point of connection to earliest in-life resign point Between the point of connection and the earliest point of in-life resign eligibility, pro-rata claw back of the last able event will occur*. Thereafter: - if the last commissible event was acquisition, then full acquisition on new contracts will be paid, PLUS a 50 product bonus - if the last able event was an in-life resign, full in-life renewal banding amounts will be paid on new 24 month contracts PLUS a 50 product bonus - if the last able event was a full term resign, full full-term renewal bandings on new cotnracts will be paid, PLUS a 50 product bonus.*** Migrations from point of in-life resign eligibility to full term eligibility - From point of in-life resign eligibility to full term eligibility, no claw back will occur. In-life banding PLUS a 50 product bonus will be paid. - From point of full term resign eligibility, no claw back will occur. Full term banding PLUS a 50 product bonus will be paid. Price Increases Please remember the 3.2% price increase on all customer bills takes effect on 28th February.
