BROADBAND SERVICE CHARGES The charges for the Service will vary according to the service option and Minimum Period selected by the Customer, and will be as set out in Clauses 1.1 to 1.3 of this Charges Schedule as follows: 1.1 Wires Only,, Unlimited, and Premium; and 1.2 (Fibre),, Unlimited, Premium and Ultra; 1.3 on Demand. Charges for a Hub together with any other additional charges that may apply from time to time will be as set out in section 2. Additional charges may apply if agrees to work outside the hours of 8am to 5pm, and for any replacement parts that may need to be provided. 2.6 Abortive Visit Charge The abortive visit charge referred to in Clause 4.15 of the Service Schedule will be as set out in Section 15, Part 8 of the Price List. 2.7 Tech Head Charges will raise a charge of 25 per 30 minutes, or part thereof, where agrees to provide support for the removal of Malware or for a complex fix. 2.8 Re-grade charge Depending upon the service option the Customer wishes to re-grade to, the Customer may be eligible to re-grade between broadband services subject to: committing to a new Minimum Period for the service the Customer wishes to re-grade to; and payment of a charge of Ceasing Service Charge If the Customer ceases the Service and does not request and use a migration access code ( MAC ) to move to another service provider, the Customer will pay a charge of Cancellation Charges If the Customer cancels the Contract or the Service at any time before provides the Service a cancellation charge of 15 plus (i) an abortive visit charge (if applicable); and (ii) excess construction charges (if applicable and which will include Traffic Management Act permit charges if relevant) and (iii) distance based charges (if applicable) will be payable by the Customer Early Termination Charges The termination charges referred to in clause 6.5 of the Conditions and Clause 4.20 of the Service Schedule are any subscription, rental, and any other recurring charges (including inclusive usage charges) for any remaining part of the Minimum Period. 3. Connection Voucher Scheme British Telecommunications plc Page 4 of 6

5 3.1 Customers who sign a new contract for the following products may be eligible for a government voucher that will contribute to the connection costs of the product ( Voucher ) contract for, Unlimited or Premium (" ") with a Minimum Period of 24 months. The scheme also applies to existing customers who re-grade to from one of the following products: Unlimited Premium Total Option 1 Total Option 2 Total Option 3 Total Office Total Office unlimited Total Advance Total Advance Support net ( net ) with a Minimum Period of 1, 3 or 5 years. Eligibility 3.2 In addition to paragraph 3.1 above, Customers must meet the following criteria: The site where the broadband is to be installed is in an eligible postcode, as advised by ; and the Customer; i) has between 1 and 249 employees; ii) has a company turnover that does not exceed 43m OR the company Balance Sheet does not exceed 37m; iii) has not already received government ( Development UK) or other public sector; funding to improve broadband connectivity for the site where the connection is to be installed; iv) is not a public sector organisation; and v) has a connection speed which must exceed 30 mb. The Connection Voucher 3.3 For eligible customers, will credit the value of the Connection Voucher against rental charges for as follows: - For customers who are taking the product, the rental charges will be discounted by 5.00 per month for the 24 month Minimum Period. At the end of the Minimum Period, the rental charges for will revert to the applicable monthly rental charges as set out in the Price List and/or the Charges Schedule net - For customers who sign up to net as set out in paragraph 1.2 above will discount the net connection charges by Customers will be liable for the remainder of the connection charges. 6 3.4 For New Provide Customers who signed a new contract for before 14th April 2015, will also, after the first 6 months of the Minimum Period, discount the monthly rental charge applicable at that time as set out in the Price List and/or Charges Schedule by 5.00 for the remainder of the Minimum Period. At the end of the Minimum Period the 5.00 discount will cease to apply and will charge the monthly rental charges for as set out in the Price List and/or the Charges Schedule. 3.5 will recover the value of the Voucher direct through the Government Scheme. 3.6 The following are excluded from the scheme: residential, existing and customers who move premises (business movers) and on Demand. 3.7 The Connection Voucher cannot be used with any other offer, unless expressly stated. 3.8 reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Connection Voucher Scheme at any time without notice.
