3 1. Registering a New Account a. Signing up 1. URL: 2. Sponsored by: You can enter any valid sponsor. 3. If you are not sponsored by anyone, click on this check box. 4. Click Continue to navigate to the next screen. b. Account Information 1. First Name: Enter your first name 2. Last Name: Enter your last name 3. Business Name (if applicable): Enter your business name 4. Mailing Address: Enter valid mailing address 5. City: Enter valid city name 6. Country: Select country 7. State/Province: Select state/province 8. Postal Code: Enter valid postal code 9. Your Sponsor Is: Sponsor s full name 10. Phone (Mobile Preferred): Select country code type and enter valid phone number Enter valid 12. Confirm Re-enter the 13. Password: Enter password - Must be at least 8 characters in length contain at least one character from each category below: - lower-case letter (a z) - upper-case letter (A Z) - number (0 9) 14. Confirm Password: Re-enter password 15. Terms & Conditions: Read and check the Terms & Conditions checkbox. 16. Click Continue to navigate to the next screen. 3
4 c. Billing information: 1. Billing Address: Enter valid address 2. City: Enter valid city 3. Country: Select country 4. State/Province: Select state/province 5. Postal Code: Enter valid postal code 6. Name on Card: Enter the name of the person on the card 7. Card Number: Enter a valid card number 8. Expiration Date (MM/YY): Enter card expiration date 9. CCV Code: Enter valid CVV code 10. Click Continue to navigate to the next screen. 4
5 d. Affiliate information 1. If you are registering as a customer, check this box. This will hide the Tax Information, Commission Payments, and Sponsor Code fields. 2. If you select "I am a US citizen or US resident alien," enter your social security number (SSN) into the enabled field. 3. If you select "I represent a partnership, corporation, or association created or organized in the United States, enter your employer identification number (EIN) into the enabled field. 4. If you select "I am not a US citizen or representative of an organization within the United States, enter your tax identification number (TIN) into the enabled field. 5. If you select "Direct Deposit," enter your bank account details into the enabled field. 6. If you select "PayPal," enter your PayPal account details into the enabled field. 7. Sponsor Code: Enter your sponsor code. (Rules: Max length of 63. Only lower-case letters (a-z) and numbers (0-9).) 8. Click Continue to navigate to the next screen. 5
6 e. Signing the Affiliate contract 1. Click the Sign Your Independent Affiliate Contract button to review and sign the document. 2. Click the checkbox next to "I agree to use electronic records and signatures, then click Continue. 6
7 3. Click on the Sign link in the Applicant Signature field. 4. The popup will enable you to adopt your signature, or you can enter your signature manually. After entering your signature, click Adopt and Sign. 7
8 5. Click the Finish button. 6. Review your information, then click Process My Order to complete your registration. 8
9 7. When your contract has been processed successfully, you will be navigated to the "Welcome to Limbic Arc!" screen. 9
10 2. Managing Your Account Profile a. Editing your account profile 1. In the main menu, click My Account > Account Overview. 2. Click Edit on the Profile card. 3. Edit your profile information, then click Save. 4. Verify that the profile was updated successfully. 10
11 b. Changing your password 1. In the main menu, click My Account > Account Overview. 2. Click Change on the Change Password card. 3. Enter and confirm your new password, then Click Save. 11
12 4. Confirm that your password was successfully changed. 3. Managing Your Account Plan a. Account plan overview 1. In the main menu, click My Account > Account Overview. 2. Click View on the Plan card. 12
13 3. Click View on the Plan card. On the Plan Overview page, you will be able to see your plan details, manage your family plan, manage payment options, and view payment history details. b. Managing your payment options 1. In the main menu, click My Account > Account Overview. 2. Click Edit on the Manage Payment Options card. 13
14 3. Add your credit card details, then click Save. c. Canceling your account subscription 1. In the main menu, click My Account > Account Overview. 2. Click Cancel Subscription on the Plan Details card. 14
15 3. Click Cancel subscription 4. Your status will then change to Canceling. 5. After your Suspension Date, your account status will change to Suspended. 15

After your Deactivation Date, your status will change to Inactive. *Note that your subscription will also be canceled after several unsuccessful attempts to process an expired or invalid credit card. d. Reactivating your account subscription 1. In the main menu, click My Account > Account Overview. 2. Click View on the Plan card to navigate to the Plan Overview screen. 16
17 3. Click Reactivate on the Plan Details card. 4. Fill out all the required fields, then click Reactivate. 5. Verify that your subscription was reactivated successfully. 17
18 4. Managing Your Family Plan a. Viewing family member account details 1. In the main menu, click on My Account > Account Overview. 2. Click View on the Plan card to navigate to the Plan Overview screen. 3. Click Edit on the Manage Family Plan card. 4. Click on the member account name. 18
19 5. The details for this family member will then display on the screen. b. Inviting new family members 1. In the main menu, click on My Account > Account Overview. 2. Click View on the Plan card. 3. Click Edit on the Manage Family Plan card. 19
20 4. Click on the Invite button next to any AVAILABLE slot. 5. Enter all the required fields, then click Send. 6. Verify that the family member was invited successfully. 20
21 c. Reactivating family members 1. Click on My Account > Account Overview 1. Click View in the Plan card to navigate to the Plan Overview screen. 2. Click Edit on the Manage Family Plan card to Navigate to the Manage Friends and Family screen. 4. Click on the Invite button next to any AVAILABLE slot. 5. Click on the "Reactivate a Previous Family Plan Member" link. 21
22 7. Click on the Reactivate button for the inactive child you would like to reactivate. 8. Review the family plan member details, then click Reactivate. 9. Verify that the family member was invited successfully. 22
23 d. Canceling family members 1. Click on My Account > Account Overview 2. Click View in the Plan card to navigate to the Plan Overview screen. 3. Click Edit on the Manage Family Plan card to Navigate to the Manage Friends and Family screen. 4. Click the Cancel button next to the name of the member you would like to deactivate from your family plan. 23
24 5. Click Confirm to deactivate this family member. 6. Verify that the family member has been cancelled successfully. 24
25 e. Canceling family-member invites 1. Click on My Account > Account Overview 2. Click View in the Plan card to navigate to the Plan Overview screen. 3. Click Edit on the Manage Family Plan card to Navigate to the Manage Friends and Family screen. 3. Find the family member with the pending invitation you would like to cancel, then click the Cancel button next to their name. 4. Review the cancelation details, then click Confirm to cancel the invitation. 25
26 6. Verify that the invitation was successfully canceled. 5. Upgrading your account a. Upgrading from a customer to affiliate account 1. Click My Account > Account Overview 2. Click on the Upgrade Now button on the Become an Affiliate card. 26
27 4. Click Continue to navigate to the Affiliate Info screen. 5. Fill out all the required fields, then click Continue. 6. Click the Sign Your Independent Affiliate Agreement button. 27
28 7. Check the box next to I agree to use electronic records and signatures. Then click Continue. 8. Click the Sign link next to Applicant Signature and apply your signature. Then click Finish. 28
29 8. Review your information, then click Process My Order. 9. On the Welcome to Limbic Arc screen, click Go to My Account to log in to your affiliate account. 10. Click My Account > Account Overview to confirm that your account status has changed to Affiliate. b. Upgrading from a child to Customer/Affiliate account 1. Click My Account > Account Overview. 2. Click the Upgrade Now button on the Start Your Own Plan card. 29
30 3. Click Continue. 4. Fill out all the required fields on the Billing Information screen, then click Continue. 5. Fill out all the required fields on the Affiliate Information screen, then click Continue. 30
31 6. Click the Sign Your Independent Affiliate Agreement button. 7. Check the box next to I agree to use electronic records and signatures. Then click Continue. 8. Click the Sign link next to Applicant Signature and apply your signature. Then click Finish. 31
32 8. Review your information, then click Process My Order. 9. On the Welcome to Limbic Arc screen, click Go to My Account to log in to your affiliate account. 10. Click My Account > Account Overview to confirm that your account status has changed to Affiliate. 32
33 6. Registering Your Child Account a. Registering your child account via invite link 1. Click on the invitation link in the invite that was sent to you. 2. Click Continue on the Sign Up to Use Limbic Arc screen. 33
34 3.. Fill out all the required fields. Then click Continue. 4. Review your information, then click Process My Order. 34
35 5. Click Login on the You re All Set screen. 6. Enter your username and password, then click Sign In. 35
36 b. Registering your child account via transfer invite link 1. Click on the invitation link in the invite that was sent to you. 2.. Review the transfer information, then click Complete Transfer. Note that this will transfer your child account to the New Parent. 3.. Click My Account > Account Overview to verify your Plan details. 36
37 7. Managing Your Downline and Payouts a. Changing your affiliate sponsor code 1. In the main menu, click Affiliate > Downline Organization. 2. Click on Edit button in the Affiliate URL card. 3. Change the sponsor code, then click Save. 4. Verify the new affiliate URL on the Downline Organization screen. 37
38 b. Viewing your downline organization 1. In the main menu, click Affiliate > Downline Organization. On this page, you will find Personal Quick Stats, your Affiliate URL, and other information about your downline such as Weak Leg and Strong Leg details, Check Match Generation, Retail Bonus Pool Shares, and Leadership Bonus Pool Shares. c. Searching your downline organization 1. In the main menu, click Affiliate > Downline Organization. 2. Click on the search box on the right side of the screen below the Affiliate URL card. 3. Search for the individual you wish to find, then click Enter. The search results will then display below the search box. 38
39 d. Viewing your sponsor tree 1. In the main menu, click Affiliate > Sponsorship. On this page, you will find Personal Quick Stats, your Affiliate URL, and information about your sponsor tree such as Check Match Generation, Retail Bonus Pool Shares, and Leadership Bonus Pool Shares. e. Searching your sponsor tree 1. In the main menu, click Affiliate > Sponsorship. 2. Click on the search box on the right side of the screen below the Affiliate URL card. 3. Search for the individual you wish to find, then click Enter. The search results will then display below the search box. 39
40 f. Viewing your affiliate vacancies 1. Navigate to Affiliate > Vacancies in the main menu. On this page, you will find Personal Quick Stats, your Affiliate URL, and information about the inactive, or vacant, positions in your downline. g. Sending affiliate position invitations 1. In the main menu, click Affiliate > Downline Organization. 40
41 2. Click on any vacant card, then click Invite to invite a new person to fill the vacancy. 3. Fill out the required fields, then click Send. 4. Verify that vacant position is now reserved. 41
42 5. After sending the invitation, the invitee will need to open the invite and click on the link to register. h. Resending an affiliate position invite 1. In the main menu, click Affiliate > Downline Organization. 42
43 2. Find the Reserved card for the invitation you sent previously, then click Resend. Confirm that the invite was successfully resent. i. Viewing the affiliate leader board 1. In the main menu, click Affiliate > Leader Board. On this page, you will find Personal Quick Stats, your Affiliate URL, and the names and details of the Top 25 affiliates. 43
44 j. Viewing your affiliate bonuses 1. In the main menu, click Affiliate > Bonuses. On this page, you will find Personal Quick Stats, your Affiliate URL, and information about your weekly bonuses for each pay period. k. Viewing your bonus details 1. In the main menu, click Affiliate > Bonuses. 2. Click on the specific pay period to view the breakdown on the bonus. 44
45 k. Editing your payout details 1. In the main menu, click Affiliate > Payout Details. 2. Click Edit to change your payout information. 3. Edit the fields you wish to change, then press Save. 45
46 4. Verify that your details have been changed on the Payout Details screen. l. Managing your downline placement 1. In the main menu, click Affiliate > Manage Placement. 2. Select the placement option you would like from the drop-down menu, then click Save. 8. Managing InfoBoosts a. Viewing active InfoBoosts 1. In the main menu, click App > Active InfoBoosts. 46
47 b. Activating an InfoBoost 1. In the main menu, click App > Active InfoBoosts. 2. Click the Add InfoBoost button. 3. Click the Custom card. 4. Click InfoBoost. 47
48 5. Add a description of the InfoBoost, then click Activate. 6. Verify that the new InfoBoost displays on the Active InfoBoosts screen. c. Activating a custom InfoBoost 1. In the main menu, click App > Active InfoBoosts. 48
49 2. Click the Add InfoBoost button. 3. Click the Custom card. 4. Select the type of custom InfoBoost you would like. 5. Click InfoBoost. 49
50 6. Click Activate. 7. Verify that the new InfoBoost displays on the Active InfoBoosts screen. d. Activating a pre-set InfoBoost 1. In the main menu, click App > Active InfoBoosts. 2. Click the Add InfoBoost button. 50
51 3. Click the Custom card. 4. Click the desired pre-set InfoBoost. 5. Click InfoBoost. 51
52 6. Click Activate. 7. Verify that the preset InfoBoost displays on the Active InfoBoosts screen. 9. Running a Spark Scan 1. In the main menu, click App > Active InfoBoosts. 2. Click the Add InfoBoost button. 52
53 3. Click the Custom card. 4. Click the pre-set InfoBoost you would like to use. 5. Click Personalize My InfoBoost. 53
54 6. Read the Spark Scan instructions, then click Continue. 7. Read the Voice-Frequency Pattern Recording instructions, then click Start Recording. 8. The app will record your voice as you speak. 54
55 9. After successfully recording, click Continue. 10. Read the Kinetic Response introduction, then click Continue. 11. Click on the images as they display on the screen. 55
56 12. After completing the Kinetic Response, click Activate. 13. Verify that the new InfoBoost is displayed on the Active InfoBoosts screen. 56
57 13. Managing Your InfoBoost Library a. Creating a new InfoBoost 1. In the main menu, click App > Manage InfoBoosts Library. 2. Click on the Custom card below the Blank InfoBoost Template section. 3. Add a description of the new InfoBoost, then click Save As. 4. Add the custom boost name, then click Save. 57
58 5. Verify that the newly created custom boost displayed under the Custom InfoBoosts section. b. Editing a custom InfoBoost 1. In the main menu, click App > Manage InfoBoosts Library. 2. Under the Custom InfoBoosts section, click on the 3 dots to the right side of the InfoBoost you want to edit, then click Edit. 58
59 3. Edit the description, then click Save. 4. Verify that the changed description is displayed under the Custom InfoBoosts section. 59
60 c. Copying a Custom InfoBoost 1. In the main menu, click App > Manage InfoBoosts Library. 2. Under the Custom InfoBoosts section, click on the 3 dots to the right side of the InfoBoost you want to copy, then click Copy. 3. Change the InfoBoost description, then click Save As. 4. Add the custom boost name, then click Save. 60
61 5. Verify that the newly created custom boost displayed under the Custom InfoBoosts section. d. Copying a pre-set InfoBoost 1. In the main menu, click App > Manage InfoBoosts Library. 2. Under the Preset InfoBoosts section, click on the 3 dots to the right side of the pre-set InfoBoost you want to copy, then click Copy. 61
62 3. Change the InfoBoost description, then click Save As. 4. Add the custom boost name, then click Save. 5. Verify that the newly created custom boost displayed under the Custom InfoBoosts section. 62
63 11. Managing InfoBoost Virtual Items 1. In the main menu, click App > InfoBoost Virtual Item. 2. Click on a Virtual Item to see that item s name and description. 12. Viewing InfoBoost Activation History 1. In the main menu, click App > InfoBoost History. 2. Click on an InfoBoost to view its activation history. 63
64 13. Activating Text Notifications 1. In the main menu, click App > App Settings. 2. Move the slider below the InfoBoost Notifications to On. 3. Additional options will then populate below this bar. 64
65 4. Select your Time Zone. 5. Select your preferred notification time. 6. Enter the phone number where you would like your notifications sent in Phone Number field, then click Save. 65
