7 Conference Anytime ConferenceAnytime provides Foot Locker associates with the most flexible audio conferencing service, enabling you to conduct a conference any time you want without having to make a prior reservation. ConferenceAnytime is also the most cost effective service type for Foot Locker associates. When you establish your account, you will be given a passcode that is good for life. As the host, you will be the only one with access to a secure moderator code. ConferenceAnytime is ideal for the immediate sharing of your latest breakthrough idea or for gathering forces for immediate resolution to the crisis "du jour". This service is also perfect for standing conference meetings where all participants can use and reuse passcodes. Lastly, ConferenceAnytime is excellent for work groups who routinely collaborate on projects. When to use Conference Anytime On - demand meetings. Standing conference calls where participants can use reuse passcodes. Smaller calls not requiring operator assistance. 13 ViewPlus ViewPlus puts Foot Locker users in charge of the meeting. You can mute lines, lock the conference (block additional participants from joining) and obtain operator assistance. We have designed ViewPlus to give conference hosts the ability to control the meeting from a secure web browser. How It Works ViewPlus can be launched either before or after the conference begins. This tool is an easy-touse browser-based moderator interface. ViewPlus is designed to work in conjunction with all of the most common web browsers, without requiring any plug-ins or downloads. Moderators launch ViewPlus after logging on to their ConferencePlus MyAccount Dashboard or they may access the ViewPlus tool immediately by using the Moderator Sign In option. 16 Share Portal - Content Management Tool Share Portal is a simple, web-based publishing tool for sharing your recorded conferences and related files. With Share Portal you can now store your conference content in a single location and publish it to secure web pages to share with others. You ll have complete control of your content with an easy and secure way to share access. Benefits Easy access from your Account Dashboard Ability to store and manage all your audio recordings in one place Publish recordings to secure web pages Control access with group members you specify Capacity to store and publish related files How Does Share Portal Work? Store. Share Portal begins with storing your conference content in your private Content Library - Share Portal s central storage center. All of your recorded conferences are automatically stored in your Content Library. Publish. Now it s time to publish your stored conferences and files to secure web pages known as Portal Pages. Our easy-to-use publishing wizard will guide you through the process of moving content from your Library to your Portal Pages. Share. Once you ve published, you re ready to share. Upon completion of the wizard, you ll receive an with access information for your newly created Portal Pages. 17 Conferencing Tips for a Successful Conference ConferencePlus' integrated audio conferencing is a powerful tool enabling you to maximize your effectiveness when presenting information to an audience of hundreds or holding a collaborative meeting with your work team. Forward the Audience Invitation to each individual invited to your meeting for quick entry into the meeting. Dial in to your conference at least 5 to 10 minutes before the start time. For ConferenceManager calls, you can use this time to review the conference details with the operator. Distribute any documents ahead of time, or better yet, plan a web conference for sharing documents and applications. If a speakerphone is used, high quality equipment contributes to the success of the conference. Position the speakerphone so that all participants sharing the room can be heard. If a headset is used, ensure the mouthpiece is adjusted correctly. It can be helpful for participants and speakers who are not actively speaking to mute their phone in order to eliminate background noise. Start the conference with a roll call to confirm attendance and inform all participants of who is on the conference. Operator assistance is always available by pressing *0 on your touch-tone phone. Participants should identify themselves when speaking. When asking questions, address individuals by name to avoid confusion. Host and participants should avoid placing the conference call on hold if their phone system plays music on hold - the music will be played across the conference call. Use the mute key instead. Try to avoid extraneous noise (side discussions, paper shuffling) that may interfere with participant's ability to hear during the conference. Reservation Line: (800)
