7 Scope of the Centre Including, but not limited to: biological, chemical, physical and radiological food safety hazards; hazards associated with substances added to food risk assessment, risk management, risk communication and fore sighting of public good food safety issues linkages with relevant science and research providers and programmes in New Zealand and internationally Separate provision for sector or companyspecific research

Cross sector workshop to co-create the Centre s strategic, business and research plans completed, attended by representatives from industry as well as MPI, MBIE and research partners. Sector responses collated will inform subsequent workshops and the development of the Research Plan. Continued consultation on research themes, Science and Business plans Industry nominations for Chair, Board and Advisory Group underway
