2 Board Treasurer Frank Thompson Group Vice President, Supply Chain Management, Parker Aerospace Mr. Thompson is responsible for developing and implementing group-wide plans and strategies for strategic supply chain. Joining the company in 1998, Thompson has held positions in procurement at Parker s Air & Fuel Division. Most recently, Thompson served as supply chain director for the division. Prior to Parker, Thompson held such roles as materials director and purchasing manager at Interstate Electronics Corporation and the former Hughes Aircraft Company. Board Secretary David J. Blanco - Director, Small Business Development Supplier Excellence Alliance Mr. Blanco supports small business development and program implementation for SEA companies fewer than 125 employees. Ms. Wiebe holds a Bachelors degree in Political Science from UCLA. John Saliture - Director of Supplier Quality and Technical Performance Northrop Grumman s Integrated Systems Mr. Saliture is responsible for translating engineering, manufacturing, and quality requirements to Materiel in support of offsite-manufactured product, for both domestic and international suppliers. He is responsible for defining and executing all post award surveillance processes related to supplier quality, technical, and delivery management. Mr. Saliture is the Integrated Systems focal point for all sector technical and quality issues at supplier locations for all programs. 3 Richard O Donnell - Director Aerospace Supply Management, United Technologies Rick took this assignment in November 2004 after spending five years as Director of Military Aftermarket Services for Pratt & Whitney. He brings 20 years of experience in both Aftermarket and Manufacturing Operations to this role, both at UTC and as General Manager of Turbine Controls Corporation in Bloomfield, CT., a privately owned company specializing in repair of aircraft parts and controls & accessories. Rick has a BA in English from Marist College and an MS in Manufacturing Engineering/ Operations Management from Boston University. Albert S. Moran Jr. Vice President, Strategic Supply Chain Initiatives, DRS Technologies, Inc. Albert (Al) S. Moran Jr., vice president of DRS Technologies Strategic Supply Chain Initiatives, has been instrumental in the developing and leading DRS Supply Chain Executive Council (SCEC). The SCEC is comprised of employees from the corporation s headquarters office and four business segments responsible for ensuring logistics and supply chain responsibilities are operated as smooth, efficient and cost effective as possible. During the past five years under Moran s leadership, the SCEC has streamlined the integration and collaboration of supply chain efforts throughout the corporation. Bill Hayden - Director Supplier Quality & Development, Honeywell Aerospace Mr. Hayden is a Supplier Management professional responsible for developing and implementing a Supplier Quality Improvement Process (SQIP) across the Honeywell Aero supply base. The SQIP is a process that is data driven to measure and improve the Honeywell supply base by applying Advanced Product Quality Planning, Current Supplier Quality Improvement and a defined Supplier Development Process. Prior to joining Honeywell, Bill had a 28-year career at General Motors Powertrain. He held various positions including the Director Supplier Quality & Development for Powertrain and the joint ventures between GM and Isuzu in North America, Europe and Asia. Mr. Hayden is a graduate of Wayne State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. Brad Hart CEO, Roberts Tool Company, Inc. Mr. Hart is CEO of Roberts Tool Company, Inc. that manufactures precision parts for the aerospace industry. Mr. Hart has 20 years experience in aerospace manufacturing, and has spent the last 6 years implementing Lean manufacturing at Roberts Tool Company. 4 Kevin Myers Sr. Director, Enterprise Procurement Rockwell Collins Mr. Myers is responsible for the Procurement and Supplier Performance Management processes within all of the facilities for Rockwell Collins, Inc. He is responsible for all aspects of planning, performance management, and business integration. Over the past 17 years with Rockwell Collins, Kevin has held increasing levels of leadership within Operations including Engineering, Manufacturing, Plant Management and his most recent assignment within the Supply Chain. Kevin holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from University of North Dakota and an MBA from University of Iowa. Paul Dymond Director: Aerospace, Business Development, for Bodycote Thermal Processing, the Americas. Mr. Dymond has held his current position since April Mr. Dymond relocated to the U.S in 1994 and started Bodycote s first heat treatment facility in London, Ohio. Before that, Mr. Dymond held increasingly responsible positions with Blandburgh Nemo Woodford, now Bodycote after joining in Prior to that, he worked at Sterling Metals as a Steel Metallurgist/Development Engineer. He holds a bachelor s degree in Metallurgical Engineering and Management from the Loughborough University of Technology in England. Randel Fry, President/CEO Airco Industries Photo Etch Randel (Randy) Fry has been CEO and owner of Airco Industries (d.b.a Photo Etch) since Under Randy s guidance, Photo Etch has developed a leadership status in the aerospace manufacturing industry and has established a significant customer base that includes: Boeing, Lockheed-Martin, Rockwell Collins, Raytheon, Honeywell, L-3 Communications, U.S. Department of Defense, U.S. Air Force, and U.S. Navy. Mr. Hart leads Dresser-Rand s Product and Non-Product Strategic Commodity Management teams. He was the VP Deputy Program Manager for the B2 Bomber program at Northrop Grumman. Mr. Lawson earned his B.S. degree at the University of Arizona and holds an M.S. degree in Organizational Management from the University of La Verme. Michael G. Beason - Chairman, Supplier Excellence Alliance; Chairman, Corazón de Vida Foundation; Past Chairman, California Awards Program (Baldrige) Mr. Beason provides broad strategic direction for a number of state and national organizations. He is also the founder of the Center for Continuous Improvement Technologies, a benchmarking cooperative that has studied best practice award-winning companies for the past 10 years.
