4 How Job manager WORKS. Job Manager is the central module for project and workflow management. With its 'job folder' system, all marketing jobs, from draft advertisements to full-scale campaigns, can be ordered, managed, monitored and processed efficiently and transparently. Everything under control A question of type One by one In line with the user's role and authorisation, the dashboard displays either personal marketing jobs only or all company-wide jobs, sorted according to a range of criteria by powerful filters. The job type determines the parameters to be specified. Workflows are preconfigured for each job type; simply assign the individual job tasks to the appropriate staff. Job status and deadlines are always under control. The staff responsible are automatically notified when a project reaches critical status. Interdependencies between workflow steps are considered automatically.

A folder contains all data related to the job and is the basis for task completion in a defined workflow. Recurring job types are standardised by using templates so that only variable parts have to be redefined and assigned each time.
