Setting up a new project in LanguageDesk really couldn t be simpler.
4 Start by entering a project name and defining the source and target languages you want your files translated into. Then choose a deadline and upload source files for translation no matter what size or format. You can also include reference material for additional context or instructions for guidance as either a comment or upload. Once completed, submit your project request and we ll return a cost quotation and provisional project schedule for your approval. You can even copy the inquiry details of existing projects or save them as templates to scope regular projects and recurring translation requests. Quotation and Cost Approval Once submitted, your project will be analyzed by your allocated Project Manager and, where needed, a Localization Engineer to return a quotation to your LanguageDesk account within 24 hours. Rather than automating the quoting process, all files for translation are prepared by a dedicated team of senior localization professionals at Milengo. This ensures that your quote is based on the best possible workflow scenario and that technically complex projects or file formats are accommodated easily. Your team analyzes all the files and language assets provided to reduce final costs and optimize leverage of previously translated content.
