Operating within a worldwide network of dedicated CPM Control Towers, Customer Program Management provides experienced, customer processfocused Programme Managers, Supply Chain Managers, and Supply Chain Coordinators with an extensive toolkit of applications. These applications have been bundled and integrated to support varying degrees of supply chain complexity within three distinct categories. Customer Program Management manages logistics-related data, integrated logistics processes and data visibility from inception to completion of customer transactions. In addition, CPM implements new customer-facing processes and supplychain process improvements.

This is a standardised, easily implemented systembased package directed towards small and medium-sized customers. It comprises a defined set of resources, reports and tools to alert and inform customers of logistics events relating to their shipments. Transportation Plus offers ongoing electronic monitoring and information services for more effective overall business management. Order/Item Level Ocean and Air Cargo Management. Ocean and Air Cargo Management is a more comprehensive supply chain management programme directed towards medium and large customers with a standard profile that is quickly implemented. Ocean and Air Cargo Management provides you with realtime visibility at the order and item level and management of transactions from vendor booking to delivery to consignee. Customised Logistics Management Services. Directed towards large and multinational customers, these individually customised programmes are integrated into customer supply chain management processes and configured to respond very specifically to customer needs. These programmes may involve a variety of value-adding services, such as Transportation Management; Order Management, Vendor Management, and Buyers Consolidation with Supply Chain Event Management.
