3 Front Single Bedroom Metal trolley seen inside fitted cupboard, item not noted in Dispose / Door - Heavily scuffed / scratched to left side low level, not noted in Chrome hooks not seen, items noted in Repair / Paint area / Repalce hooks / Radiator - One end cap not seen. Item noted in Replace / Fitted cupboard doors heavily scuffed, deemed as good condition in Clean / Bathroom Mould spores to ceiling throughout, sealant to bath edge mould stained. Bathroom Freestanding pine framed mirror not seen, item noted in Replace /

4 Reception Walls - Paint chips mid to low level, large furniture rubs, 5x large plaster chips left of window and small chips to corner of fireplace, not noted in Repair / Paint / Reception Window casement appears gapping to left side. Kitchen Walls - Large plaster chip and other small chips to right of door leading to lobby. Fill / Paint area / Kitchen Vinyl Floor Tiles - 8x Tiles appears damaged, Inventory noted some tiles lefting to skirting edges (other tiles already cracked). Part Tenant / Landlord - Replace area / Part suggest 20% of replacement cost to the tenant for area only due to depreciation of floor and existing damage. Lobby Whole area appears water damaged - unable to make true comparison to

5 Property Throughout All carpeted areas appear stained and a very Strong Pet odour is present. Professional Clean to all carpets except lobby / Property Throughout Bulbs not found to be working but noted as working in Inventory - Landing x3, Bathoom x2, Reception x2, Kitchen x2.
