And that is why we have created a line of cables using a better technology, to give you a better sound, it is called Sound Waves Solid Copper Conductor Technology Basically, it consists of a polyethylene core around which a number of individually insulated solid pure copper conductors are bundled. All Black Cable models have a little bit of Black Magic added to the theoretical perfect design to make them just a little bit better for you, the listener. From the perspective of the world of colors, we know that black is not a color, e.g. in the rainbow you will not see black. That is another reason why the name Black Cable was chosen, all Black Cable designs are not colored as well, that is sound wise. History of Black Cable After having gone through all the theoretical knowledge, we knew we were right when we said that if you want a (very) good cable at a fair price, then there is really only one option: Solid Pure Copper Conductors. Once the designs were ready for production we turned to the country which has an enviable reputation for reliability and thoroughness: Germany. Fortunately, we were able to find a manufacturer who could live up to our quality requirements, so you get a better cable, Made in Germany. Theory was put into practice and cables were made to our specific designs, using a solid pure copper conductor with a precise diameter of 0.6mm, to which we listened. Result: we were pleasantly surprised as well as proud of the cable designs. How and where to use Black Cable?
